I am not one to leave reviews but.. I would like to thank the whole team for being so kind and compassionate to me and my piggy. They took great care of my girl until it was time for her to be put down. I called an hour before closing time and they told me they would wait for me. As they were getting things ready even though it was past closing time the girl that was there offered more time for us to say goodbye. It really meant a lot to me and my family. We are super thankful. I just opened my mail and saw they sent a sympathy card, it brought tears to my eyes. These are the people you want taking care of your pets! Always welcoming and attentive. We have been coming here for years. 3 dogs have graced this place with love and attention. Dr. Andas team is next to perfection. She knows the pets by name and has a connection to all of them. Same with the other doctors there. And all the techs. They are all wonderful. Go here because this team will love and care for your loved ones. The furry ones.

I want to thank you for taking my Golden-doodle Mason on short notice. My wife clipped Masons ear by mistake and our vet couldn’t take Mason right away so I looked for a place near by that wasn’t corporate and boom found this Gem. They explained everything in detail to me and definitely took care of my dog. The price wasn’t outrageous definitely will be back thank you again.

I would just like to thank everyone at Army Trail animal hospital. I feel like it's very hard to find a vet you can trust but look no further! My cat had a bad uti and then a blockage. Everyone at Army trail Animal Hospital has been so kind, compassionate and helpful. Whenever I have had a question or concern, they have an answer and advice. The front desk staff is always so kind and asking how Loki has been doing. The vet techs have been very helpful and have explained everything very thoroughly. I appreciate every last person who works here!

In mid August I brought my newly adopted pup in for an exam and to figure out next steps re: a medical procedure/surgery he would need done to alleviate his rectal prolapse, a cyst, and underlying issues after the shelter I was fostering him from at the time said they would euthanize him and not treat him due to expenses and lack of guarantee of treatment success. Dr. Shabib has been and is a wonderful advocate for Bruce: everything from coordinating care and finalizing details in order for Bruce to have an ultrasound and then his surgery completed by a board certified surgeon, to remaining steadily optimistic for Bruce's recovery, and being patiently supportive, answering ALL the questions and minimizing my anxiety leading up to surgery and post-op. Dr. Shabib’s kind sense of humor made a world of difference in addition to the life-saving impact he had on Bruce. I’ve said this before, and I’ll mention it again - Dr. Shabib, you were right! 2 weeks post surgery and Bruce is killing it; he is resilient. I am so thankful for your competence AND your compassion. I am also grateful to and for every single vet tech who loved and cared for Bruce, as well as the front desk staff that are so kind and so good to Bruce! ATAH, thank you for a healthy experience and for giving Bruce a fair shot at a long, healthy life. It means the world and I'll be forever grateful.

My dog was scheduled for a tooth cleaning. They needed his vaccine records. I told them I had them and would send them over. I called the day before surgery and explained I emailed them over. The woman said nothing. The next day (not having my dog eat or drink) and driving 45 minutes they had cancelled my appt. They said they did not get them soon enough. Yet I talked to someone on the phone the day before and they said nothing to me. Unorganized office that is too busy or detailed oriented.

Love this animal hospital. My family have been taking our dogs here for years. The staff is incredibly friendly and great around pets. The doctors are also kind and knowledgeable.

One day, my cat was acting out of the ordinary. I called the hospital and was told to bring him in for an exam. I found out he had a urinary tract obstruction. The doctor and her staff were professionals. I appreciated how she made my cat a priority and was able to treat him immediately. It saved my cat's life. I recommend this place.

I love coming to this vet and the employees that work here. They are always super nice and welcoming. Becca is my German Shepherds favorite person, so we try to schedule appointments when she's working! :)
