I will try to be fair. The worker here was very nice. This is a good placed location, but it's got an awful odor inside. I came here because the other location down the street on Irving Park didn't have what I wanted. When I walked in, I instantly noticed the smell, and it was also somewhat dark inside. Their icees lids they keep by the register they have written on a note near the drinks. I'm pretty sure it's so you can't fill the lid as well, which is pretty cheap. It is also an inconvenience if you are gonna get a lid, but I just got a regular lid. This place needs to be remodeled really bad as well with better lighting. The store and parking lot were surprisingly dead. I wouldn't doubt it has something to do with the negative reviews.

I came here on 11/16, a little before 9PM. The employee behind the counter was on his phone and let’s say his interaction wasn’t quite work friendly. When I told him what I wanted, he misunderstood so when I corrected him he had somewhat of a negative tone. While I was paying, he was questioning my order which I don’t need to explain to him. I came to buy what I wanted in the quantity that I wanted, whether it makes sense to him or not (it makes it feel like the employee is judging you). I will not return to this 7-Eleven and I hope that his manager is reading this. Your employee clearly needs additional training in professionalism, customer service and customer connection.

Worst experience I’ve had at a convenience store. The cashier/ owner continued to play his video games on his phone while ringing up my items. He was screaming “jumping jacks” into his phone and for a second I thought he was telling me to do them in order to get my stuff HA. No eye contact, said absolutely nothing to me.

They prices are ridiculous , there is already 2 times that 2 employees try to charge me 16 for a pizza, because they put it 8 slices instead of 1 whole pizza, I try to explain but both get mad at me and deny to attend me. This location is just garbage.I already do the report with 7eleven

Yesterday I encountered an employee there that was the rudest person. I had gone here for years and since management changed, this african american dude with dreads was nasty as hell and said I should talk to his boss about updating some pricing that was at issue. I can understand the pricing discrepancy but the way he was talking to his customer, me, was beyond professional. I sense this location will have bad karma soon with the caliber of person that is being hired at this location. Never again. I am really surprised that there haven't been more complaints since the management change earlier this year.

The owner of this 7/11 knows how to manage the business and does a really good job of keeping the store clean. I’ve never had an issue with this location. I’ve always received excellent service and enjoy coming to this location. The employees wear masks and follow covid guidelines and it makes me feel safe whenever I enter.

Excellent service and employees follow the cdc guidelines. I’ve been coming here for a couple of months now and I’ve had an excellent experience every time. The owner knows how to handle the business and does a really good job.

Messy, dirty. Employee and 3 other customers not wearing masks. I went in for one thing and it was sticky when I picked it up. Left without it. I'll be going to a different convenient store in the future.

This used to be my favorite 7/11 around but the lack of mask enforcement makes me want to go elsewhere. I get it, people can’t read a clearly stated sign on the door to wear a mask and sometimes it’s not worth arguing over, but at least enforce it for the safety of other customers
