I procrastinated over buying a newer car until it became a necessity. I was holding out for the possibility of finding that one vehicle that put a smile on my face but was affordable as well. The task was becoming very difficult because used cars and interest rates are not favorable for buyers right now. I decided to travel out into the polar snow vortex of last weekend and drive to Wickstrom Ford. Needless to say I think everyone was very surprised to see me and I had the full team at my disposal. I felt like a rock star. And was treated like one. I was concerned being an older single female that my requirements would be disregarded. That was not the case at all. Everyone worked together and listened to what I had to say. My sales person Chris Kason was awesome. He took the time to walk me through everything. He and the finance team were wonderful with what they put together in order for me to buy my car. It was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Thank you all so much.

I can't say enough good about this dealership. The sales people are always customer-centric and knowledgeable about their vehicles. I have worked with many people there over the years and they each truly take the hassle out of buying a car. I have bought many cars there over the years and recommend them to all of my clients and friends. The prices are fair, the service is great and this family-owned business makes clients feel special.

Mr. Wickstrom, my wife and I recently purchased a new auto and had Michael Kajdanowski as our salesperson. From our first meeting with him, till the delivery of our new vehicle, Michael has been outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, patient and accommodating. We've purchased many vehicles in our lifetimes and we can honestly say dealing with Michael was our best experience. I also want to mention that, in the limited time we had with Kelsey, she was extremely efficient. When it came to closing, she had everything ready and got us through the process in a timely manner. It was a very nice experience purchasing a vehicle from your dealership.

I have leased another Lincoln from Wickstrom Ford Lincoln. This is my fifth lease in a row from the same establishment (2 Ford Edges, 1 Lincoln MKC, and my second Lincoln Corsair). I have yet to have any issues with any of the vehicles or WFL's great staff whatsoever over the last 12 years. My salesman for the last two leases was Manny Avila and he has always been trustworthy, no pressure, very professional, courteous and he definitely knows the product. I didn't even hesitate to make a deal with him or any of the folks at WFL, and they have never let me down as far as the product or any services are concerned when needed. They have always been there for me, and I can definitely state that I am one satisfied long-term customer.

My Ford Escape needed a new battery even though it tested okay. Mauricio Ramirez in service was great in helping to get it taken care of. Customer service is top notch. The best thing I appreciated was not feeling like just another customer but on the three occasions we have been at this dealership I was made to feel that we were an important customer even though it was a recall issue and a battery replacement. When new vehicle needed we will be coming to WICKSTROM!!Thanks Again~

Michael Kajdanowski was very top tier on helping me find the perfect vehicle for my self. He walked me through the entire process from the beginning to the end. He explained the associates whom I will be working on the sales. He walked me through the entire car from the exterior and interior features and specs.
