This dealership is a scam. They will sell you or services you don’t need. I recently bought my Ram 1500 in for a check engine light, the dealership quoted me over 3k for a tuneup among other services. I was still charged a diagnostic fee of $180 even though I didn’t have services done there. I took my truck to Jax a reputable mom and pop shop, issue was 1 bad injector $325 out the door including part, pressure test, labor and tax. Save yourself on being ripped off and go somewhere else!!!

Don’t buy your used cars here. I bought a car here last summer and this summer I already have a blown transmission. They sold a struggling family of 5 an unreliable vehicle and they should be ashamed.
I’m not sure why it matters where I serviced it. It’s been serviced by its specific maker because you sold me junk. Why would I trust your service dept if you’re salesman aren’t trustworthy?

We just purchased our third Jeep Wrangler from Wickstrom. Eric and the entire team at Wickstrom were wonderful to work with, again! The entire staff is not only friendly & knowledgeable, but they provide a zero pressure to buy atmosphere. We will be back someday for our fourth car!

Seamless car buying experience! Worked a deal with the Wickstrom team over the phone as I am not local to the dealership. Very reasonable, honest, and good faith negotiations. After agreeing to the deal I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour the next day including a test drive.

Last week I had the Turbo actuator go out on my Ram diesel, they got me right in, I dropped it off on a Monday evening and they had it finished by Thursday. It saved our vacation as we were leaving to tow the boat out of town with the truck Friday evening. Great job service and thank you!
