I was directed to begin data transfer in the store and half of my contacts are missing. The transfer was lengthy and still unsuccessful. The employee was friendly, but I will not be going into physical location for phone upgrade next time.
I also didn't appreciate the employee pushing a google review, even before I've paid for the transaction. That is not professional business practice and didn't go unnoticed.
