The rudest people in the world are hired in there... did not answer any of my questions and on the top of that mumbling under her nose coverd with mask that I don't understand English... just pathetic. Wanted to humiliate me in front of the people in line and my kids... but instead embarrassing herself... disgusting

Worst experience ever… the WORST attitudes at the front desk. Asked for a manger and she NEVER came to the front desk. Heard plenty of laughter coming from the back though. I know I will never use this post office again.

Called them to see if I could pick up my package and the black lady was sooo rude and had an attitude. Wouldn’t even give me her name and hung up on me!!!! FIRE HER PLEASE.

There are new workers here and none of them know how to do their job. Many of my neighbors have also had a negative experience. We will look for higher management we can report to because this is unacceptable.

The woman behind the desk was completely incompetent the line was long and she did not understand how to use her computer and she said that a few times and see did not know how to search for anything

Sent a letter certified mail 10 days ago to Barrington address. The person is having mail forwarded to a different address. Spoke multiple times to manager. Said they would forward letter. Today drove an hour to post office. Letter sitting on shelf and wasn’t forwarded. Manager sitting at desk didn’t have time to speak with me. Absolutely unacceptable. Total incompetence.

Teri is awful. The downtown Barrington location is bad but this one is horrific. Avoid Teri at all costs. She will be rude and dismissive.

The staff is miserable and always grumpy. Also very careless with handling packages. I hate coming to this location and avoid it at all costs.
