I bought my used Tesla from Mercedes-Benz of Barrington. The dealership was very professional and did get back to me with the information packet. The information packet is very extensive with vehicle detail, car fax, record of work on the car done by the dealership to prep the car for sale and comparative analysis of the car with others in the market. It provides a lot of information and helps you make an informed decision .
I worked with Sonia Vazquez and she was very helpful. Over the week I took to make the decision she negotiated professionally. Did not put any pressure selling things I was not interested in. It was a pleasant car buying experience. There were no surprises with the pricing or delivery.
If you are looking for a new or used car give them a chance and ask for Sonia Vazquez.

It was the most pleasant experience ever. Me and my fiancee are looking for a car right at the moment, and we really wanted to try Macan and GLC300, Jack Ball was the one helping us. He was very helpful, has great knowledge of the cars, and he wasn't pushy like the most car salesman.

My family has now bought 3 cars from Motorwerks from BMW’s to Mercedes and everytime the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I can’t recommend William Mariangel as one of there top salesmen enough. I will be back to Motorwerks everytime I am in the market for a vehicle.

I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL!!!! Someone from Mercedes’s representative stole my remote control garage door opener, when I left it inside in my car, and dropped my car for the oil change service. Please, never leave your remote control opener in the car because Mercedes’s representative CAN’T CHECK THE SECURITY CAMERAS AND FIND THE THIEF!!! They can’t help you and don’t have interest to help!!!! What a shame!!!! ????
UPDATES: No guys, YOU STOLE IT FROM MY CAR! AND I WILL NEVER GIVE YOU ANY CENTS IN A FUTURE FOR YOUR SERVICE!!!!

DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THEM. Beware of the price- they include $1,500 to all cars for ceramic coding whether you like it or not. They dont advertise on the online price. Once they make you come in and you are interested in the car is when they add it to bill. They do not mention anything unless you point it. Should be illegal.

I recently purchased my 3rd Mercedes from Motorwerks, a 2024 GLE 350, and highly recommend this dealership! I had the pleasure of working with Geoffrey Miller and he made the entire process quick and stress-free. Geoffrey is extremely knowledgeable about MB products and services and was able to answer every single question I had about every spec of my vehicle. He's passionate about cars, but equally passionate about making sure his customer's needs and preferences are met. He is a good listener and didn't get pushy at any point. Another bonus was that I was with Geoff the entire time, no more sending customers to a finance room where a different person tries to up sell you on warranties and other expensive features you don't need. The dealership gave me top value for my trade-in and there was no haggling, it's clear they respect and value their customers and their time. Did I mention that the entire car buying process took less than 2 hours?!?!? Thank you Geoff and Motorwerks, I've never been happier about purchasing a new car and will refer others to this dealership!
