Motorwerks didn’t fail to impress yet again. I was assisting my elderly parents in trading in two cars for 1 new Cadillac. Motorwerks was more than accommodating allowing me to take the vehicle to them to look at and test drive from their home! Sam Hutter and his manage Izabela Oglodzinska made the process of appraisal, finance and vehicle overview a breeze come the time to close the deal. Can’t say enough about this great team.

I bought an Escalade from these guys in November while on vacation. Drove it to Texas, which they knew it was going to be registered in Texas. A couple of weeks later, I get a letter asking me to take the Escalade to get inspected and weighed and some more paperwork that needed to get signed and notarized. The salesman Peter Kashuba said I would get reimbursed for this. I sent in the required documentation, but never got reimbursed. I've called several times and spoken to Peter and all I've gotten is the blame game, one day he says "the office ladies" are the ones in charge of that, other days he says he has to talk to his Sales Manager, Alli (not sure I spelled that correctly), which I've also spoken to and says I should speak to Peter. Long story short, I never received reimbursement for the weighing of my Escalade, the state inspection, nor the notarization of the documents. Not very ethical people in my opinion. Will never even consider buying from these liars again.

I came all the way from Belvidere to see a car that I arranged to see. Turned out that there was a double booking for the same vehicle,and when I arrived it was sold!!! I was told that if I had all cash for the car that it was mine because the other interested party wanted to finance. UNREAL. Very unsavory business practice, and a true red flag not to do business with these people. If I could give zero stars, I would. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I lease cars every 3 years, I bought my first EV from Cadillac Motor Werks. This was my best experience ever, Ivalin and his boss were so good. Entire deal was discussed over the phone in advance and everything was kept ready when I reached the dealership. Ivalin is very polite and transparent.

I had a thermostat problem with my XT5 that I bought pre-owned a few months ago. I was very concerned because the thermostat is located inside the engine and it would be an expensive repair. However it was covered by the drivetrain warranty, great!
Taking my XT5 in for service was a positive experience from obtaining an appt over the phone, my arrival, complimentary loaner, picking up my vehicle, and follow-up by text and email.
Motor Werks Cadillac treated me like a VIP. And we're all VIPs, aren't we?
