My husband and I have a home and auto policy with Joann Miller. She has been nothing but I headache for me. We cancelled an insurance policy on a vehicle and she claimed to have taken it off our account only to find out we are still being charged for it. Now she wants proof that we junked it to credit us back the money we overpaid due to her mistake. I recently purchased a 2024 vehicle. We called her to set up the new vehicle under our account, which she then said she would email my husband updated insurance cards. Did she? No! Is the vehicle covered? Who knows!! Probably not!! Also, their customer service line is a joke. They are only open Monday through Friday. When I finally had someone answer me on the phone, they told me that they could not help me because I have a home and auto policy and they only deal with auto. If you are looking for a new insurance company or a new representative, I do not recommend Joann Miller as she is not someone you can rely on.

Dave Miller is an excellent insurance agent. I say that having worked in insurance for over 20 years. While Dave knows his insurance he is plain and simply great to work with. Down to earth and with his customers in mind. I highly recommend Dave and no, he is not affiliated with the insurer I worked for.

I've worked with a variety of agents over the years and they were all mediocre and I never had much contact with them. Then I met JoAnn from the Miller Agency located in Barrington, IL. She has set such a high standard for excellence and service she makes others in her industry just plain look bad.Not only has she saved me hundreds of dollars on insurance I know she is really has my back. I highly recommend JoAnn Miller as a trustworthy and excellent agent/broker.I consider myself luck to have met her.

I've used Miller Insurance for several years. They saved me and my family a lot of money on auto and homeowners insurance. But the best thing is the great service. They call you back, and are sincerely interested in helping you. A great company.

Okay, don't judge but yes I am yelping about my insurance company. The reason for the write up is cause they are great. Beyond great and they have been in my life for the last five to six years. A little history; I've known JoAnn Miller for a long time. (I've never met her or anything; just know her via phone calls and emails) And she has been so helpful. There was a period in my life where I had 3/ 4 accidents in a row (lets clarify - none of them were my fault!) and she helped me out with every single one of them. She would call and check up on me, keep me posted on where things were with the paper work, and so on. I mean super crazy helpful and I loved it because I do not understand the insurance world and she just helped out. She would give me the best advise on what I should do, what kind of car insurance I should get, and so on. Super helpful... So once all this craziness was taken care of and things were back to normal; I would get calls or emails from JoAnn saying if we switch you to "this" insurance you'll save "x" amount of dollars. So throughout the year I get updates and calls on how I can save money and I love it. I never have to think about it cause JoAnn and team are on top of it. They are extremely helpful and willing to help make your life as easy as they can. Everyone there is ever friendly and on top of their insurance game!
