Do not give them your business. I was excited when I purchased a ring here and got some repairs done and experienced great service from Diane. I figured I would give them my business when I needed to get appraisals done on all of my jewelry. That's when my first interaction occurred with the owner Brian. Working in Retail as an executive for 15+ years myself, I'm experience in great, good, mediocre, and abysmal service. When the appraisal for my wedding ring and Rolex came back 30% lower than the appraisals from the place I originally purchased them at, I called to inquire. He spoke to me like I was ignorant and talked in circles about how he did me a favor by low-balling the appraisal. I found him to be incredibly untrustworthy, demeaning, not truthful, and someone I would not encourage giving your hard-earned dollars to. It will spoil a lovey experience like buying jewelry.

This jeweler was highly recommended to me. I had two very valuable necklaces that were tangled. After months of trying to fix them, Long & Co jewelers had them fixed, polished, and lovely packaged for me to pick up the following day. When I first went in I had the most incredibly fun, kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable person helping me. I am interested in an investment watch as a gift; one mention, and her true genius was clearly demonstrated. I learned so much! I especially want to say that this jeweler has the most genuine, upfront, authentic, and simple good people all working here. When I went to pick up my now untangled necklaces, an incredibly kind man handed them to me, I waited at the register. He explained there’s no charge. I was in shock. I couldn’t imagine the time it took, and just like I was a good friend; “no charge”. I think finding a business like this, who still operates by the principles of integrity, consideration, kindness, authenticity, and honesty; are genuinely rare gems, and worth their weight in gold(see what I did there? Ha). Genuinely though, if you’re in the market for jewelry, or need assistance with current pieces; this is hands down the place I’d send any friend, or family!If you’re interested in something you’re not overly knowledgeable on; prepare to leave with a phd from the level of helpful information that can only come from professionals with a lifetime of experience, and that’s what Long & Co Jewelers staff all are. Thank you so much for being such an incredible business! I hope this helps any fellow jewelry shoppers, or collectors. I’m externally grateful that a family member stopped me from going to a different jeweler. They said, “the ONLY jeweler worth going to is Long & Co Jeweler’s”. I have to agree! Thank you!

I stopped in this weekend to have a watch battery replaced and received excellent customer service. The saleswoman was friendly, polite and quick. While I was there I took a look at their beautiful jewelry and I will definitely be back when I'm in the market for a lovely necklace or ring - they really have some amazing pieces!

I had a terrible experience with two previous jewelers dealing with my engagement ring, and looking for a new one. Diane helped me find something new and talked me through all of the options I had with stones, and most importantly took her time with me, listened, and made the experience what it should’ve been the first time.

I met with Barb regarding resetting a diamond my mother and grandmother passed down to me. Simply said, it turned our stunning. I was very pleased with the quality, value and service. The setting is custom and made just for my diamond. I get compliments on it every single day. Thank you to the team, and most specifically Barb, for such a special piece.

Bought my wife’s wedding band here and it looks fantastic. We asked for matching ring boxes and they were more than happy to provide. They also ask if they can clean your jewelry every time you walk in the door. Great place! Friendly people!

My first (and only) visit was for a watch band switch. Two exact watches, one new and one 20 yrs old. Take the bands and switch them out. The old band had worn out and needed to be replaced with the new one. They did this that day and it took about 30 minutes.Before I walked out I noticed the pins on the new watch band were not placed correctly on the old watch. No big deal. They fixed it right away. They gave me the new watch with the old band and the old watch with the new band and I left. I went to the coffee place around the corner and noticed the new watch with the old band had the same problem, the pins were not placed correctly. That is when I notice the NEW watch had several NEW deep scratches in it. This occurred when the band had been taken off or replaced. My old watch had similar NEW deep scratches. I can replace a watch band by myself but this band was rather unique. I didn't want to damage the watch or the band myself. That is why I brought them to a "professional".The woman I was dealing with was nice and she did want to have the watches polished, but it was too late. The scratches were very deep and I didn't want their horologist to handle my watches again. The trust was gone. Watch people know what I'm talking about when I say "trust".Complete disappointment. Never again. Failure.

I feel obligated to inform the public of what kind of man Brían Long is- I paid top dollar in cash for a ring for my wife for Christmas, 20 minutes after she put the new ring on, the pearl simply fell out. I was told in writing the ring could be returned for any reason. However, that was not the case! Upon bringing the loose stone & ring back for refund, Brian refused - saying we damaged the ring and he would not refund our money. He offered to fix the ring for a $75 charge! This man is a dishonest liar! He & his staff are extremely rude, they do not stand behind their merchandise and Brian does not stand behind his word. Do yourself a favor and visit one of the other two jewelers in town and stay clear of this place!
