“I may be old fashion but I was interested in getting some quotes for my insurance needs and started to fill out the typical stuff and I got to a point where I just said its enough and quit. I entered my phone # and Email address early on and finally gave up and quit. Yep I got calls and emails saying that there was a quote waiting for me so I followed the link to more questions and I gave up. Then the calls started. What did I start!!! Then I got a quote from State Farm in the exact format that I was looking for. I called and I got a person Julian - now my agent who answered all my questions and was able to send me quotes as I was on the phone. Wait!! ....am I in the twilight zone? I printing stuff and getting what I needed. My wife and I had some errors to do and when we got back I would validate all this stuff. I called and he was there ... (no automaton) a real person.
