Used them to check whether or not mold was present in my attic. They did a thorough inspection and found only traces of mold near two ceiling openings which were treated. They also made sure that no blown in insulation was blocking the openings to the outside vents over the roof eaves. I found them to be prompt with their appointments and thorough in explaining what needed to be done to mitigate the issues in the identified problem areas. Nice people to do business with.

Carol and Sean were both so great. Carol was very knowledgeable and explained the mold testing in detail. Sean was very professional and also very detailed with his visual inspection. The mold in my home was very minimal so my husband took care of it himself but I wanted to leave a review anyways because they were so great with the inspection and air quality test!!

I just recently purchased this home and realized the crawl space had server mold. This company immediately took care of the issue and the price was very reasonable. Very prompt, did a great and thorough job and treated me with high level of respect.

A+ experience. I got a second hand dresser that unknowingly had mildew. Even after throwing out the dresser I was still reacting strongly to the room. Indoor Air Repair came in and closed off the room and a 2 day remediation ensued. My over the top reactions stopped and I got my life back. The owner Carol and the technicians could not have been nicer and they made sure the results fixed the problem. On a scale of 1 to 5 I would give them 6 stars.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They do a fantastic Job. I had a room full of mold they were very thorough and professional..And clean up was 100% .Carol the owner gives you top notch customer service, . Answered every question and followed up .Thank you guys for the great work. No more mold.I had 4 people dishonest people come out. I was do happy I found her. I diffently recommend and would use her again hopefully I never have to. Here is a video what a great Job they did scrubbing the floor down to the cement. And a clean cut on Dryeall.

We are so pleased with Indoor Air Repair. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE! Our contact person, Carol, was able to work us into their schedule even though they were booked as we had an urgent timeline.Josh met us at the house on time for our quote on Monday and on time to begin the work on Friday. They called when they finished for the day and let us know what to expect next. The job was thorough and complete and professionally done.Communication with Carol and Josh was excellent. Indoor Air answered the phone, text messages and emails very promptly .Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Indoor Air Repair. Found some mold in our bedroom closets, on the baseboards, and ended up contacting them. Carol was able to get people out a few days later to take a look.Josh and Kurt were great. Very polite, on time, and ended up taking care of the job the same day they inspected it. Happy to have the issue quickly taken care of. The price of it all was extremely fair and I thought it would be more than what it was.I'll definitely contact them again if I have any other mold issues.

We had some mold in the attic of a home we were purchasing. Sean came out and knew exactly how to remedy it (when everyone else gave us the run-around). They were on time, efficient, and did exactly what they said they would do. Carol is very pleasant (she's the money/booking person), and Sean was very friendly and professional (he does the in-home work). He had a second guy with him and he was very friendly as well. When we found mold in the ceiling drywall of our furnace room, I contacted three high-rated companies right away. Carol from Indoor Air Report responded within 30 minutes with an offer to have someone come out for a free quote within just a day or two. Thankfully, it was a small job due to a leak in the HVAC duct sealing tape. I had a quote in hand the next day, set up an appointment for remediation, and all done within a week. Thank you Indoor Air Repair for making this easy on me!The two other companies? One company (Rapid Home Restoration) offered to charge us $200 to verify that it was in fact mold (dude, it's clearly mold). I sent the other company (Moldman) a video of the mold and never heard back with an estimate.
