One of the best shops around! Amazing quality of service, extremely fair prices, outstanding communication and customer service! John and team kept me updated and were extremely informative throughout the work (water pump, bushing, and giubo joint). I could not be happier with the work and will be going back for any of my maintenance and repair work for my G30.

I recently took my BMW X3 (100K plus miles on it) for repairs and I'm pleased with the overall experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional and courteous. They listened carefully to the issues I was experiencing with my vehicle and provided a clear explanation of the possible causes and solutions.
The repair was completed on time, and I appreciated the regular updates on the progress. When I picked up my car, it was in excellent condition The problem was completely resolved.
The pricing was fair, and they were transparent about the costs upfront, so there were no surprises. Overall, I would highly recommend Hollis Brothers Auto Werkz to anyone in need of car repairs. Their expertise and customer service are top-notch, and I'll definitely be returning for any future maintenance or repairs.

My experience was flawless from beginning to end. The service advisor is very courteous and knowledgeable. The service department performed a free vehicle inspection. They were very thorough about what my vehicle needed and what upcoming services are recommended. There were no pressured sales pushed onto me. I had a four wheel alignment done on my ML350 4matic and was provided with the results of the adjustments made. I highly recommend the Hollis Brothers Auto Werks for any of your Euro repairs. I will definitely be coming back for any future repairs.

Great service, reasonable prices for my BMW! The diagnosis of the problems with my car was very thorough and easy to understand. The time involved in repairing my car was outstanding, John the owner is personally involved in all aspects and translates very well for those who aren't mechanically inclined.
