“I had an amazing experience with Dr. Kristina Passarelli and her team! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Dr. Passarelli took the time to thoroughly explain everything and made me feel completely at ease during the appointment. Her team was equally fantastic—friendly, organized, and clearly dedicated to providing top-notch care. I left feeling confident and well-informed. I highly recommend Dr. Passarelli and her team to anyone looking for exceptional medical care!”

“Dr Osten is great but the new policy regarding not writing scripts for blood work prior to a wellness visit makes no sense whatsoever, less convenient and possibly requiring a follow up appointment. Wonder who benefits from that???”

Greatly appreciated the social worker Marvetta for all her assistance, Dr Stringer, Angel, Joanna, the PT, OT, the financial dept staff, and the day and night shift nursing staff, Pinkly, Zuzanne, Kasha, Ron, and Linda for taking such excellent care of my dad while he was in the long term care the past two years.”

“He truly takes the time to listen to his patients and makes you feel heard and understood. His calm, family, professional manner and the way he explains everything to make sure you understand shows how much he values his patients’ well-being. It’s rare to find a doctor who is both highly knowledgeable and genuinely compassionate. I highly recommend him.”

“I have never had any issues at this practice. I have seen several doctors at the urgent care, I've had my mammogram and bloodwork done here as well. All good. Plus, my primary Dr Valeroso is awesome!!!!”

“Not sure what the deal is with all of the poor reviews. I've been going here prior to the renovation (~around 2020). Before and after have been good experiences. I've also been to multiple other NCH facilities, all with good experiences.”

“This review is for the dermatology services offered at 1051 W Rand Rd. Title: A good dermatology clinic plagued by availability issues. Review: The office staff are friendly, the dermatologists are very nice providers and more often than not treat the right condition. Skin conditions being complex it's often a game of cat and mouse til the root cause is found and cured. That game of cat and mouse is made far harder in this office because of availability problems. I can't blame them for having such a short list of dermatologists in this clinic. If you have relatively basic needs and time isn't critical and you're heavily connected to the NCH team then this clinic should do fine for you. If you have little connection to Northwest Community Hospital (my primary doc is out of Advocate. I barely use NCH services aside from emergency and immediate care. I was sent here by immediate care) then you'll probably be better served by a private fully staffed dermatology center. As this is not that. NCH dermatology is a small sub specialty within their specialty services. I would have kept the doctor on my treating staff if his availability wasn't plagued by overscheduling. They're clearly understaffed and the office has a hall of rooms as far as the eye can see yet availability problems will have you waiting weeks or more for an appointment. If time is of an essence and you need high availability, go to a dermatology clinic that does nothing but dermatology because this place is way too busy. The office is clean and the waiting area accommodates plenty of people with social distancing. Front desk staff are nice and when you can get an appointment they see you on time every time. If getting an appointment wasn't a hop on a waiting list ordeal I'd give them five stars but because the hospital can't be arsed with having more dermatologists on staff I have to dent them a star on the rating. NCH medical group, y'all should know better by now and stack the hall with dermatologists. Competing clinics are easily taking patients away from NCH. If you want to financially survive you gotta spend money to make money and NCH clearly isn't doing that. Although clean the office is dated looking, older decor and cabinetry are evident of the executive staffs ignorance to invest in more clinicians and a better working environment for them. The clinicians aren't the problem, the executives and management are.”
