The interest rate wasn't the same like the bank. My Acura is paid off 2 years and 1/2 and I have my title. My car is still running well. I will come back.”

“Excellent customer service. A Compact car was not available for me, so I took the only option they had left, which was a Van. It was more than I wanted to spend and too big! However, the next day, I received a call that a Kia SUV came in and I could switch cars and lower the price. They even brought it to my home and picked up the Van. I thank the Associate for making this such an easy and pleasant experience for me. He was a pleasure to do business with.”

“I've done business with ECS for years. George, the owner, is awesome: personable, professional and loves exotics! There are several things I love about ECS, among which are that they're flexible with mileage overages and, perhaps most importantly, their prices are among the best in the industry. I spend most of the year in LA. For what anyone charges for a one-day rental of a Lamborghini there, ECS charges slightly less for *three* days. I've driven two Lamborghinis and one Ferrari thanks to George and ECS. I recommend them highly.”

“This was my near annual visit for required maintenance. The service representative initially discussed, on the telephone, what might be required, including a company recall. At the facility the work activities and spending limit were finalized. The service rep. was friendly and proficient.The work was performed within the time anticipated and the expense did not go over the estimate & spending limit.The vehicle was washed, but not vacuumed, once the work was finished.”

“I am Avis preferred plus. This review is specifically for the location not AVIS as a whole. Kenny is absolutely amazing, he literally watches out for his customers at an individual level. Yes there have been times I wasnt satisfied with the Avis vehicle experience, however the staff service compensated for it.I have now been renting from this location for quite a while, and have been a AVIS only customers for 3 years now. Comparing this to others, there have been times where I landed in a city and that airport AVIS location had no cars and only found something that had many issues. Seen a lot.Kenny makes it work! “Such sweet people espl the one jn hoffman estate , what doesn’t one expect from a business one u get what u are expecting to get and it’s in a good condition when u go to a car rental service .Here u get all of that and a manager across the desk who would suggest the best approach and wouldn’t shy away from helping you out like suggesting where you would find the right spots and in case. Suggestion and there opinion which generally what one expects when they are renting to get advices from experienced people so one can take a educated decision .They don’t keep u waiting , no stupid questions like what people in enterprise ask, faster release once u reach back, money refunded faster unlike enterprise where u need to follow up gazillion times espl the one on golf road very bad in experience but budget is the place u wanna go if u are visiting epsl the one in Hoffman estate .”
