I was rear ended and Forrest Auto Body was the body shop partnered with Brilliance Subaru, so I knew that they would do a stellar job, especially working with Subaru’s symmetrical all wheel drive. Annette followed up with me weekly and made sure I was in the loop. Tyler was constantly was firm with the insurance company to make sure I had all the necessary oem parts so my wrx was 100% whole and no short cuts taken. “I honestly did not know what to expect as I brought Danny a folded up headliner board that I pulled off another vehicle from a junkyard.Danny took the time to look it over to see what he could do to salvage the headliner.A few days later Danny called me and said it was ready for pickup.I got back to the shop and it was absolutely ? amazing. “Just had my cracked windshield replaced. I’m very satisfied with their service. My appointment was scheduled a day before through my insurance company. They were on time to take care of me. Front desk lady was very polite and helpful. The whole process took about 2 hours, as planned. They also did calibration of safety systems, so no dealer involvement. There is plenty of restaurants walking distance if you don’t want to wait in the waiting area. It was a very smooth experience.”
