The car process was a breeze BUT once the vehicle was totaled we EXPERIENCED THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE from the cancellations department when canceling the extended warranty and gap protection. The customer service experience was specifically from SHERRY @CancellationsDept. We had to conference call our finance company in which she exposed the “DEAL RESERVE” … do your research! Overall it has steered us away from financing at dealership as well as purchasing gap/warranty. It’s best to get pre approved from your own bank and get additional coverage thru their trusted companies.!!!

Just picked up my second BMW here. Sean sold me the first car and Sean and Peter handled my recent custom car order. I will not go anywhere else. Very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Service is terrific here too. From the moment you bring in your car until you receive the emailed video of the service, you know it's top notch. Love my new car!

Had a very bad experience, we went to see a car today. The staff wasn't welcoming, they didn't build any conversation about the car or anything even though we are excited to start a conversation he was very rude and didn't look like they were interested to see the car, Overall didn't had a pleasant experience. Specifically with the staff.
