I still bring my Explorer to Wickstrom and they continue to do great work. Super nice people and always talk me through the process. They take great care of my car and appreciate how kind they are every time I come in. I typically use Jon in the service department and he’s awesome; super helpful. I recently had Rob as my service advisor and he was great too! Everyone is super helpful.
I did not buy my Ford Explorer through Wickstrom but that hasn’t stopped them from giving me outstanding service. I only take my explorer to Wickstrom thanks to their fantastic service department. I drive over 40 minutes to get my oil changed just so I can have these guys do the work. Austin in the service department has been awesome to work with. I’ve have a few recalls and a repair done and every time he’s kept me in the loop. The facility is clean and so welcoming and everyone is so nice. Hoping my explorer makes it quite a few more years but when I need a new car I’ll definitely be getting one through Wickstrom. Great job guys!”

“I am so lucky to have decided to use A&A Automotive for a pre-purchase inspection. I had my eye on a low milage Mercedes sold by one of the dealers in the area. I made arrangements to take the car over to A&A for them to inspect the care.....It turns out there were numerous gasket leaks present. They were able to figure out the issue without replacing the part AND completed my service B which was due all for less than Mercedes would have charged me just to figure out what was wrong. Absolute game changer and I wish I would have found them sooner as my tailgate has not worked in two months. I will definitely be coming back”

“I brought my car into a different mechanic because I needed an oil change and there was a slight noise coming from in front of my glove box. They told me I had upwards of 6000 dollars in repairs that needed to be made. That included 2200 for the noise repair and 1100 for brake pads. They claimed I had 3 millimeters left before it would be "metal on metal"
I wanted to get a second opinion, so I brought it here and had Tim take a look at it. He not only fixed the noise for free, but wouldn't fix the brake pads because he said there was at least 8 millimeters left. He really helped me out and saved me a ton of money because he has good character and integrity to not fix things just to fix them and take people's money. They do great work and are straight up with you on what needs to be done. Will be coming back for all mechanical needs in the future!”
