Great attention to detail. Adam treated the solution to our flooring repairs/refresh as if it was his own home. We’ve had pine floors for 20 years & he and his team brought them back to life and they look beautiful. Thank you for doing such a great job - we are very happy!

I can’t say enough good things about Adam and his entire crew! When we had water damage in our upstairs bathroom and bedrooms, he came to our rescue right away. He was very honest, thorough, patient, and professional. All of his workers are meticulous. We honestly joke how our house looks better than it did before! The leak went through the walls and into our garage so we had to replace insulation and dry wall in our garage, lift carpet to dry out the upstairs rooms, replace baseboard and door casings and paint those walls. Photos show before, during and after. Amazing service from start to finish! Thank you Adam for going above and beyond. We are so grateful!

AFC completed a water restoration process that included the hallway, laundry room, and two closets. They removed and installed a floor and painted the hallway and laundry room. I was very pleased with their work. They were consciousness and trustworthy. The work they did was covered by homeowner's insurnace.

We got flooded in the basement this past fall due to heavy rains and backup pump failure. We looked at several contractors locally and throughout the City of Chicago. I can say this without an hesitation we made the right choice. Adam and team were truly professional and easy to communicate with from the start. They are an all service company and handled mitigation and restoration. Both the craftsmanship and the paperwork that was required to be submitted to the insurance far exceeded my expectation. He followed up with us through out the project. He has that "neighborhood" guy feel that is down to earth and totally trustworthy. The project took just over a month and his team of dedicated workers worked tirelessly to get the basement finished before the promised date. I would give his team of associates 10 Stars .. Unfortunately 5 is all I can give. I would highly recommend AFC any given day and would hire him again again in a heartbeat if need arise.

My family experienced an overflow of our toilet that affected most of 1st floor and the entire finished basement. We had to replace all the hardwood flooring, kitchen/bathroom tile, basement carpet, kitchen countertop, and a good portion of drywall.As you can see from my profile, I’m not someone who writes a review every time I get a cup of coffee. On top of that, I’m an auditor/inspector by trade. Hence, I like to think my reviews have some value.With that stated, communication and craftsmanship are two of several qualities I pay attention to. It would be a shame of me not to take the time and showcase what an outstanding team Adam has under him. They take the time to explain and answer any simple/silly question I may have. Additionally, if something is wrong or doesn’t seem up to standard, they will immediately address it. Overall, they are genuine, honest and hard working people. I proudly give them my highest recommendation.
