A lot of the bad ratings are for pharmacy, which is seperate from the store itself on google. The store is always very clean and organised, which is really nice. Employees are decent and polite, but not really all that great at hiding the fact that some do not want to be there. One girl ringing me up once was on her personal phone talking and laughing. But she isn't the majority. Either way, its nice to have a Walgreens so close and so nice, saving me from having to get my snacks somewhere else.

Do not fill your prescriptions here. They are extremely rude, will hang up on you, and just ignore your requests for refills.
Go anyplace other than Walgreens, especially this location.

Pharmacy is completely inept. Was hung up on 5 times trying to call to see if my prescriptions were ready 4 days after they received my prescriptions. I was told 3 of them were ready and 1 was waiting to be filled but would be filled the next day. When I went to pick up the next day I was only given 2 prescriptions and had to call and go in multiple times to get the rest of the medication
Edit due to continuing issues: we were just hung up on by another pharmacy employee and the manager we talked to did nothing to assist the situation.

Pharmacy assistants misspelled my name and completely got the name of the medication wrong. I can’t trust them.
Courier couldn’t deliver since they were given a part of my phone number as the house number.

Worse customer service at check out be careful with the kids they will try to double scan your stuff, if I could give them 0 stars I was going to give them! Avoid !

States hours for pharmacy are until 8:00 p.m. on weekdays, I went at 6:50 p.m. and the pharmacy was closed.

Staff at this store are always friendly and the pharmacist, Ali, does a great job getting my prescriptions filled quickly. Highly recommend.

I called the pharmacy to transfer my prescription over to this location because I just moved to town. Joy picked up the phone AND WAS SO RUDE RIGHT OFF THE BAT! I asked her to tell me when my prescription would be ready and she said "check back in in a couple of days" I explained to her that I need the medicine ASAP and she said to check with the Deerfield Location. I asked her if she would be able to check for me if they actually had it in stock and she hung up on me. I am definitely going to a different location.

Pharmacy staff is miserable. Never a smile, never pleasant to work with. I try to kill them with kindness every time I go there and still they are miserable. Switching to Mariano’s and CVS for pharmacy needs. This is a tough job but a little smile and kindness would do them some good.
