I came today they took me right away no issue no questions everything was perfect when they come to get the money she charged me for setting my mustache I was surprised because they never did it before this is the first time ever and I'm a client over 10 years I was very mad but otherwise everything was okay this is unbelievable but I can handle it

My stylist Sarah was unbelievable, she was very professional and went above and beyond what I expected. I am now gonna a return client and I would drive 20 miles to see Sarah again! You've got yourself a gem with her! 10/10!! If you're at all on the fence, I highly recommend this location and especially Sarah!

After checking in online, I received a text notifying me that the stylist would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there in 13 minutes and then had to wait 55 minutes for the stylist. Another person came in after us & got right in after checking in & we had already been there 25 minutes. Very frustrating. What's the point of checking in online and then telling me when to get there if I'm going to have to wait almost an hour? I assume it's not the stylists' fault. Fine tune your automation or stop having online check-in & texts. Have some regard for people's time.
