First time shopping here and it’s a total W. I’ve never seen a grocery store with so many nice and helpful staff! They were spread out in almost every section and were able to point me in the direction of the ingredients I was searching for. Would highly recommend shopping here!

I am visiting Chicago and visiting heinens was a MUST. Didn’t disappoint! I wish you guys would expand to St. Louis because there is nothing like it there.

Heinen's is a solid grocery store that offers a pleasant shopping experience on all fronts. I'd love to give it five stars – and I would for the service and offerings – but I've gotta consider the high price of produce and many other items if it's a comprehensive review.
Sales make many prices acceptable but it's hard to strongly recommend Heinen's at these everyday price points. Still, I enjoy shopping here and simply encourage any shoppers to be wise with their money!
