Services were not really explained as far as billing or client service model. I was charged for significant time my CPA spent talking about her family. I found them to be slow to respond or not returning calls at all. Paid a lot, service was disappointing.

My accountant has been always available for me. He also does the work for me in a timely manner. His pricing is very fair and reasonable.
