I know that Allstate Insurance has cancelled my company car,but I was shocked how I discovered it!I would have thought since we are somewhat business neighborsyou would have at least told me personally, instead of what happen,,I am the first to admit I have a very busy schedule and often "stretch"myself. But going forward and as good customer service,sometimes best to hear the bad news personally fromyour agent. I know our relationship was not that long, but it seemswhen a customer pays in for decades and then makes a claim, theyare dropped. Rather defeats the word "insurance".Not mad at you, business is business I understand best toyou for the holidays, see you in the center.Best,Andrew J. Feeley
