Shop reeks of cigarette smoke so you smell after being in there for 3 minutes. Prices are cheap and it’s fast, but you get what you pay for. Repairs were done sloppily, polishing was spotty and no attention to detail. Would not go back.

Dropped off a diaper bag to have a zipper repaired. Fixed it but still wasn't entity fixed. Went back and without issue took it again and replaced defective zipper.Reasonable cost. Great service. Wish they accepted cc or nft payment.

I am a first time customer, and the owner was very helpful. I brought in three pairs of boots that needed new heels. They came back looking like new! I will definitely return when my next favorite pair needs fixing :)

The owner is so sweet and his work is great quality. He revived my very worn out heels and soles and for only $35. Wonderful work for a good price. And such a quick turn around. I definitely will be returning in the future next time I need shoe repairs. Very good work and good customer service.

Last 2 different Sandals payed for getting “fixed” however after wearing for less than 1 hour broke again on 2 pairs. They will not refund or fix for free. Wasted $40. Will not return.
