Liz and Karina were so helpful! They helped me pick out a beautiful ring at a great price! I love that they both spoke English and Spanish. This is the first time I have came across Spanish speakers when getting jewelry. I definitely recommend coming here!

Liz the store manager and Karla the store associate were so generous with their time and efforts in helping us find the perfect engagement ring and wedding bands! They also helped in figuring out the financing options for our purchase. Overall an amazing experience with the staff and store at the Zales in the Chicago Premium Outlets! Stay away! They resized my ring wrong and were very rude and incompetent! They also would not give me my ring back when I picked it up and made me drive 4 hours and I still have to take it to another store now. Go elsewhere!
