If you like being disconnected by a "cut" cable 3 times a year at an additional cost of 120 additional to your already 110 dollar bill and internet failing once a month then after you close your account a collection shows on your credit out of nowhere then xfinity is right for you. As for me I will NEVER be using this service EVER again.

Helped solve the problem. Due to the actions of fraudsters, a large debt arose. The specialist solved the problem and wrote off part of the debt. Thank you very much, it is a pleasure to work with such staff.

I can't recommend Shadi enough!!! I had been struggling with online ordering and he gave me clear instructions. He answered the phone first ring and walked me step by step with new plans as well as different price options. Made sure I completed the whole application, was patient and made sure the equipment was picked up. Best customer service rep I've ever spoken to, thank you!!You made this process so much easier for me and thanks for being great at your job!!

I don't want talk to much but honestly it's a great service. I deal with a lot of agents they always hang up or don't answer my question or they didn't understand what I'm talking about but this guy he's the man.

I called super last minute cuz, my friends moved out and took the internet with them and I totally forgot, so thankfully when I called this store they picked up and RAN with it!! We went through the process fast but thorough, and instead of going online and having it take 3 days to ship my equipment, I'm now able to pick up in store. Thank you so much for this great experience!? I will recommend Xfinity to anyone who wants Internet, not only is it affordable and hecka mgps but the customer service was amazing!!!
