This place deserves all the praise. I walked in with a watch collection I have accumulated over a few years. I was greeted by the store manager Trevor. I had 17 watches that all needed batteries and some of them i had not worn yet. I also let him know that a few had sentimental value to them and to please be careful with them. He assured me that he would take care of it and he could get it done within an hour or so. He was man of his word and I received a call to pick up my watches and that everything had gone well. He even went the extra mile to clean and set the time on each watch. 17 watches. Listen if I could give this place 10 stars it is deserving of each and every star possible. This was the best customer service I had received in a very long time. Please give Trevor a raise Bravo my friend. ??

Amazing experience!!! Katherine and her team made me feel like family from the moment i walked in. I own multitudes of watches, and shop the industry religiously. When I entered the store I was wearing a watch that means the world to me, yet it's not worth a whole lot. But it was given to me by a good friend who passed away. The watches battery died over a year ago. Since then, I've taken that watch to more than 10 jewelers, 5 brokers, and countless other watch distributors. One of the pins was ceased into the case and no-one have ever been able to remove it. Not until Katherine called over Trevor and asked him to take a look at it. I told her and Trevor it was a lost cause. They both smiled politely and asked if they could give it a try. 10 minutes later Trevor had the backing off, battery replaced, and refreshed all the screws back to new.Now my best friend is back on my wrist and ticking like a champion.I'm over the moon excited and happy with my experience.I ended up buying a Diesel from Katherine also, the deal I received, was more than 33 percent of list.To the whole staff I came in contact with that day:Katherine, Trevor, and MarkYour'e amazing!!!!!!All the love, and respect.John Wagner

One of the worst customer experiences in a Watch Station thus far in 20 years. I walk in today (10/02) at around 1:00 PM with my wife and teenage daughter and this girl was working on putting away some watches and didn't move a muscle or saying "welcome". The other white guy who works there didn't look up from his laptop when we entered. Asked about batteries for Guess and he said they don't do it without any eye contact. I then asked about Diesel watch battery and said he is not sure he had them because of Covid. Both these kids didn't look up when 3 Indian boys walked in and left in a minute. When a White lady walked in with her companion, the customer service guy was all smiles and welcomed and assisting them with smiles who didn't buy anything eventually. Such a disgusting experience in a so-called blue City of Chicago, for a guy who has bought about 6 Diesel watches and 3 Armani and other watches in Watch station in the past few years! What has happened to this country in 2021....! Shame on "Watch Station" for employing such people and not training them in the aspects of giving good Customer experience for everyone despite their race or Color!

The services was very below standard. Once a customer enter the store the employees race to the back so there is o ly one person on the floor to service you when you enter there’s over 5 employees on the floor when you enter. All in all my watch got repaired but I don’t think I willl ever visit there again

Awful company. Ordered watch on Saturday paid $12 for 2 day shopping. Tuesday came and no tracking info. I call and they tell me it was out of stock. No apologies, nothing. Needless to say I cancelled which they told me they need to request it and it'll take 48 hours. Buyer beware.
