I wouldn’t go here to fill a prescription. The pharmacist makes you jump through hoops to fill a valid prescription. Apparently the company doesn’t care about customer service.

Seems like there is ALWAYS some problem when I try to fill a prescription here. It never fails. Just once I'd like to order the script, go to the drive thru the next day, and pull away with my medication. Also, if there is anymore than one car in the drive thru, just come back later or go inside. They are unbelievably slow and you'll be waiting there for what seems like an eternity.

The store Manager Rachel store 9934 was very rude. I was trying to load a card she was nasty and her Lead was trying to help. Regarding a refund. She was ill prepared. She was not able to explain in a calm manner why she need my card and want me to enter the last 4 of my social security number in to her personal phone,No one should ever ask for thus info at walgreens,She placed my visa card at risk by putting my card info in her personal phone.

Worst experience here ever. Did a drive thru pick up. The lady mixed up my prescriptions, i had prescriptions for low iron and migraines. She told me my migraine pills were my low irons pills. I asked her where my migraine pills were and she said they sent them back??? I asked why and she replied it was because “i took to long to pick them up after 12 days they send them back” I told her i was there yesterday and they told me that they didn’t have them in stock so they had to order them and they’d be ready the next day. So idk how they sent them back when they weren’t even ready to begin with. Second time i went for an inhaler and she (SAME GIRL) had no idea what she was doing. Took her 25 mins to hand off my prescription cause she said my insurance wasn’t working but after she said my total was $29. I looked at the prescription bag and my insurance WAS applied!! I’ve had too many bad experiences here especially with the same person. She needs to go back on training

I've not had any problems with employees, the pharmacy, or the availability of products here. It's convenient in location, easy to drive thru, quick w/ all services, and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

Pharmacy refused to dispense my medication because it is controlled. I know, some people do take those medications from time to time. I just moved to the area so there was indeed a different provider. I moved into a whole different state! I have contacted an advocate to look into this inappropriate behavior and my old doctor is calling my new doctor to also inform them that I had multiple spine surgeries within a few months and needed some medication to get through that. Anyone would. Absolutely insane. We as patients deserve better.

There are some great employees here, but the pharmacy has gone down hill. Slow, some rude pharmacy techs, and now they have gone to micro fulfillment for some medicationsMy med is one that you CANNOT MISS A DOSE, and its out of stock and they said that no other Walgreens has it either. What if the truck doesnt come in today. I have no more pills left.Just horrible. Will find another pharmacy

I regretted booking COVID Booster shot with Walgreens. It's a crooked operation. 1. Inconsistent policy: Heard that Walgreens does walk-in COVID shots, saw the signs and also heard from a relative. When called, they insisted that it's by appointment only. I knew something would be wrong. 2. After booking the appointment online, they never sent the appointment confirmation email. I had to write down the date, time, and address. 3. Walgreens tend to send you further away from your nearest Walgreens. I had to travel 20 minutes to go to this Walgreens that's 4 or 5 miles away. 4. When showing up, the staff at the Pharmacy, after asked for me to show my ID, and got me verified, she immediately told me that my appointment is not in their system, asking if I have an email. I did not have it handy. She said I must re-book. 5. After I booked another appointment, as of this writing, which is another 90 minutes later, I still haven't received the confirmation email. One caveat: For the past several months, there seem to have multiple collective efforts for a group of people though I don't know who they are. I wish I know, so I can ask them to stop. They obsessively want to know my confidential information and somehow tried everything they could possibly want to verify me. What happened at this Walgreens is not the first time of a similar experience. It's unfortunate that this Walgreens choose to participate in this unethical act. This felt crooked and sneaky. They first wanted to get your information. After they got your information, they then sent you away. It's a way to get more information out of you to control/analyze you, but not honoring what's agreed upon. People at this Walgreens just acted it out as avatars or was told what to say, act, and do. There is advanced technology involved to accomplish this. My first time visiting this Walgreens and very negative.

Honestly this pharmacy is a complete joke! Don't waist your time and find a different pharmacy. Multiple times I have called ahead to make sure a prescription is available and will be ready for pick up, then when I get here told they don't have enough to fulfill the order and it will be days later. It'd be one thing if they called back to notify you that they can't complete the order. It's very frustrating have waisted the time to come over to them just to find out you'll have to come back. The customer service and communication is completely trash here. Don't bother! Save yourself the time and effort, just switch to a better pharmacy that gives a dam.

The store is managed horribly but it’s not the fault of the hourly employees. Going here frequently enough, one can tell that the cashiers are just as frustrated with the managers in this store as the customers are. Time to clean house and promote some of the cashiers.
