This pharmacy used to be amazing. Such hard-working, dedicated professionals who had been there for YEARS. But something happened and everyone in both the store and the pharmacy left and it's become a shell of what it used to be. Cleanliness leaves a bit to be desired as well both inside and outside in the parking area.
Don't use the drive-through. Go INSIDE. The outsides takes forever.
Items are NEVER in stock. You have to call and prompt them to get your refills if they need to contact your physician. You wait forever for them to fill your prescriptions. And there is really no customer service to speak of. It's sad. We will be switching to a new pharmacy asap as this one is just terrible. Even my primary physician said they have heard numerous complaints from patients about the quality.
Just so you know I'm not just complaining here, I did speak to the manager about the issues as well
Take my advice: don't use this pharmacy. Meijer, Mariano's, CVS and Costco are all close alternatives. If you want to stay with Walgreens, the one at 2311 Ogden Avenue is supposed to be better. I've never been that impressed with the service or the cleanliness there, but supposedly they have a better pharmacy.

I am switching to Amazon pharmacy, the pharmacist I just talked to had a bad attitude. Was short with me and wouldn’t give me clear answers. Also done her your vaccines, they can’t get that right.

I’m not sure what happened to the pharmacy over the last few months but it always seems like pure chaos. No one answers the phone. Even had a pharmacy worker pick up the phone and hang it up. Will be looking for other options for my prescriptions going forward.

When you do finally get a person you can't even check the status of your medical (you know something the doctor said you NEED) prescription....THEY'RE ALL ON BREAK
SO VERY DISAPPOINTING. GLAD I DIDN'T NEED SOMETHING IMPORTANT LIKE A BAG OF CHIPS!!!!!

Terrible pharmacy service. This has been the 2nd time my medications were not ready as told. A holiday was approaching I was to have my medication ready only to find out it was not available yet. I am changing my Walgreens this one is not worth wasting your time.

Most inefficient Walgreens I’ve been to. Online check-in apparently wasn’t working but still advised to use it rather than giving them our papers. We waited for 2 hours and others were prioritized.

Convenient location for curb-side pick up. Polite customer service. Pharmacy drive-thru can get delayed, but in-store service is quick. Remember the hours for their lunch break when they are not available.

This is literally the worst pharmacy in the entire US!!
They say that sorry we didn’t get your prescription cause we were on a meal break??!
And then ask you to “shop around” while we get the order in place.
And ultimately they didn’t even have the entire medicine prescription. And ofc they weren’t apologetic about it either. “Yeah we don’t have it. We made you wait for an hour but we don’t have it. Now you can go hunting for other pharmacy stores!”
So so regret not choosing the nearby CVS!
Don’t ever send your prescriptions here!!

Pharmacy orders have been incorrect multiple times. Received phone calls and confirmations that prescriptions are ready to be picked up only to find out that they’re not available at this location. Insurance information has been updated the last three times to the correct information only to find out that they didn’t save the changes and I have to come back an hour later. These are issues I’ve never had at other locations.
