Long story short: A pharmacy tech lied to my face. Don't go to this pharmacy. I went to pick up a prescription that has a common manufacturer's coupon, 2 hours before the pharmacy closed for the day. The tech grabbed my script and tried to ring up the order in different ways to make it work (come to find out this coupon failure is apparently a Walgreens-specific problem), this took 15-20 minutes. I was going to just pay full price and leave, but the tech informed me that due to the time elapsed trying to ring the order up, the pharmacist had to recheck the prescription, but the pharmacist break had already started, so it would now be 30-45 minutes before they could check me out. This was clearly unreasonable and the tech didn't give me a heads up this was possible. I had an appointment to make after, then vacation beginning early the next morning. Since I didn't need the med prior to vacation, but needed it the day I returned, I asked the tech if I could pick it up the following week with no issue. She stated the it would be no problem for me to come back the following week for pick up. I come back the day after vacation and I'm informed my med was returned to the shelf and is now out of stock and back ordered.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve dealt with. Every time I need to refill an rx I have a problem with them. This time I called to refill an rx, they tell me it will be ready in an hour, I show up 1.5 hours later and they tell me they don’t have it in stock. No phone call or anything. No text, no email. They don’t give me time to pick it up somewhere else. They give me the run around every single time. Their app never works to refill online. It won’t allow you to do a same day refill. They workers are rude, they don’t take accountability, they don’t want to help you.

Only reliable and good experiences at this Walgreens. Really benefits the surrounding community, and staff have always been cooperative. Pharmacy is always on time as well!

I can't express enough how grateful and blown away I am for the this locations pharmacy. I kept running into problems with a different location. The lady at the Randall location saved me! She found the solution and was able to get my insulin asap. It was scary to be 37 weeks pregnant and not get help. Thank you Randall Pharmacy!!

I called yesterday and they put in a prescription for my insulin says it would be ready by 10 am I come in I haven’t received a phone call it’s 6 pm the prescription isn’t ready I don’t know why I always have a problem here with my prescriptions all of this is something I need to take everyday I always hate coming here because of the hard time I get all they had to do is call me and couldnt

This location is dirty! It's not organized, shelves are never full but all the employees minus 1 are super friendly the other 1 is jasmine and she has the worst attitude every single day, poor customer service and makes people miserable! I avoid this location because of her toxic attitude, I don't need or want that.

how is it possible that walgreens closes its doors at 11am for maintenance. The maintenance of a store must be done before opening or after closing.

New freezer doors are ridiculous. All they are is ad revenue at the expense of logic and convenience. Once the ad disappears and you can see which door is for which product, you can then see there's no stock. So you either have to stand there with the door open looking or check the other doors for what you want. Then, if you want to know the price but forgot to check first, you have to close the door to see it. It makes the simple process of picking a drink into an annoying experience. Congratulations on fixing a problem that didn't exist. Bring back the glass.

The pharmacy service is very slow, before it use to be Quick. I waited an hour just for a pharmacy prescription that had been supposed to be done hours ago.
