I love this Walgreens, been going here for 8 years. No problems. Nice people. I understand a no backpack rule but today the cashier yelled at me unnecessarily loud, he sounded like I was already a criminal for taking a few steps into the building with a backpack on. Again I understand the rule but 8 years and I've never had an issue with it. Just really made me mad that he yelled so loud. Rude.

A couple of weeks ago my boyfriend and I had a problem with the store supervisor, we very kindly told him that my boyfriend had bought a box of pills a few hours before, the package was empty, he didn't really check it at the time of purchase because it was He was on his lunch break and was in a hurry, we returned to the store as soon as we realized and told the master on duty who told us very rudely that it was not his problem because we did not check before, that we should buy another package, we went to the section and indeed It wasn't the only empty box, there were several and he, still seeing them, said no, I don't speak super ugly and in a loud tone as if yelling at us, my boyfriend got angry and several things were yelled at. Starting off, he didn't even want to speak Spanish to us, only English and it was obvious that It's not even from here, they really abuse their work as a manager, what a bad experience, we left super upset and buying a package again, I didn't take a photo of the evidence because the situation was quite tense

Had a bad experience with a individual today just because I asked to go to the bathroom I press the button then he said you Wana piss so bad that's the only reason I pressed the button I can't believe u press the button just for that. He was Hispanic bold and looked like he was a manager or team leader. Ridiculous for management to be treating people with disrespect... just cuz I wanted to use the bathroom it's your job. To attend to customers if you don't like it your in the wrong field... he gave me attitude was really rude. Had a dark polo shirt was navy blue and bold looked like his mid thirties. Correct me if I was wrong I believe his name was mario

Pharmacy drive thru is ridiculous, 22 minutes talking and figuring out someone's issues , with a line of cars, instead of having them go inside or call. Holding up everybody's life cause they can't ask someone to come inside to talk. Unbelievable!!

I would probably give this place a 0 stars, the boss literally star yelling at me and my friends for no reason at all , we try to open the fridge and she took the soda from our hands and kick us away. Lol

There was a woman that was way too rude with us, she just started yelling at us for not reason, we weren't doing anything wrong and when we complaint about her attitude she started saying that we were "disrespectful" with her and she was telling us that she was the owner, even if she is or not, that's not the way to treat people. I'm not gonna say that seh was racist because i don't know what was in her mind but if she is not the owner i hope she gets fired as soon as possible. She called the cops on us and even the cops understood what happened and told us that it was not the first time.

I ordered Benadryl & tea for pickup online. I got into a verbal dispute with the manager at this Walgreens who was high on the job . I came in because I ordered me some medicine and tea for pickup because my cousin got me sick. Jennifer(manager) and another young man with glasses (cashier)was the first employees I told that I got a pickup order when I went in the store .she told me "aww you so cute look how you pointed to your phone " and so I did a smile ,laugh, and thanked her and said "okay yea like I was sayin I got a pick up and she proceeds to say " ok wait over there for me" so I'm like okay cool . I'm waiting in the spot she told me to wait in for about 10mins and they about to close and I ordered it like 10-15 mins ago so I started looking for the stuff I ordered online in the store meanwhile she just cackling and laughing with her coworkers .so I approached her again after I grabbed the Benadryl and I said "is the order ready yet?" Bro why tf she say " what order?" "I never talked to you?" I said "yes you did" I'm already frustrated because it's late i had a long day , I'm sick!, and I've been waitin on you!.she start gettin sassy and aggressive so I asked her coworker "is she high?" Because huh? CHECK THE CAMERAS! And the hype/manager(JENNIFER) just lost it after I said that. A lot was said and she called the police on me and I waited. when they came in she proceeds to run up to the officer with open arms and says "hey hunnyyy" and I came right up to the officer and told him everything. A lot was said and I waited in line with the officer bought my stuff and left! THE MANAGER TOLD THE CUSTOMER "let me leave before I loose my job " as I proceeded to say "we'll loose yo job then .Do what you gotta do"

After waiting for the pharmacy in the phone, the lady attending me asks me x times for my information.She says it's no longer refillable for x reason.Fustrated, I ask how I go about getting the perscription. Do they not contact the Drs anymore?Hanna rudely tells me I need to calm down.She offers only a repetition of what she already said in a slow patronizing manner. When she finally gets to the part of mentioning Dr. I tell her what she said was unnecessary.(pointless,time consuming,useless information.)She refuses getting a supervisor. She said her name is Hanna.Most of the staff here are pretty good. Photo can be hard to reach, and staff talk among themselves and if not too busy they do chat with customers which brings a friendly ambiance, and community experience and charm.I give it a 1 rating because you can call in an order and wait forever, you can do a walk in through pharmacy but I've had them tell me I have to come back. Perscriptions can be a nightmare.I've had them tell me my medicine isn't covered by insurance when it is.
