My family have used this Walgreens for almost 20yrs. Primarily to fill prescriptions and use the drive-thru for pick-ups. The service has always been timely, courteous and professional . There was a middle aged women working here that was the most polite and helpful person. Lately a younger man has caught our attention. He works days. He is very polite, knowledgeable and very good at doing his job. There has been many times when he has went above and beyond to help us. I just wanted to write and acknowledge his good work. Using the app to order R/X's, then picking up in the drive-thru has been working great for us.

Shift lead Ashook spoke to me in such a condescending tone when i was asking questions. When i asked to speak to someone else who would listen to what i was asking, he screamed at me “im the manager on duty”

I arrived at the store and couldn’t get my print project to upload to be printed on the machines. I asked an associate for assistance and he did not provide any help, let alone alternative suggestions. I then went online in the parking lot and was able to upload my presentation through the website and order that way. My order was placed at 8:44 and confirmed as received by the store at 8:45. The estimated time for pickup was 9:30. At approximately 9:15 I approached the counter to check on the status and waited seven minutes for someone to assist me. At 9:23 they finally started the project, but proceeded to be confused and have zero idea how to do it. The associate then lied about being a manager and refused to provide any manager contact information, including a name to ask for the next day. After going back and forth for over an hour, the associate handed me an incorrect and completely unusable presentation, not wirebound or in any way what I was paying for. After the associate continued to decline to provide any contact info for a manager, I finally left at 10:02 after having wasted an hour and a half of my evening. Not only could you not provide the service I paid for, but your employees also ensured that I wasted what little time would’ve been left to get it printed somewhere else. I needed this first thing tomorrow morning and this store royally screwed me over when they could have just said at 8:45 that they didn’t know what they were doing and I would’ve had time to make alternate arrangements. Horrible experience, extreme need for customer service training, absolute lack of product knowledge, and an incredible waste of my time. None of those employees deserve to have a job in customer service and they certainly don’t act like they even want one.

I think his name is Chris? The cashier tonight who was very smiley and friendly was extremely pleasant and kind! Very patient and very nice.

Really Bad Customer Service, I've been waiting for a prescription for a month, and all they say every time I call is we will get it tomorrow and will call you and they never do. Also, they enter wrong info when trying to refill your prescriptions creating problems with your insurance company.

Trina that works in the pharmacy called me an Idiot because It took to long to get my ID out of my wallet. Instead of waiting she then refused to ring up my order. I truly dont know how a older woman like this can talk to customers and still work at any Walgreens. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Then I go upfront to ring up my order and they do not need my ID taken out of the holder to ring it up after Trina said that they have to and then refused service.

The worst Walgreens ever!!! WARNING!! Per the pharmacist!!! Typo’s happen on prescriptions!!!! I was only supposed to be giving my dog a half a pill of Hydrocodone. My dog weight is less than 10lbs. My dog almost overdosed and died!! Bc they put on his prescription bottle to give him a pill and a half! I know they did this on purpose!! On December 7th, there was a very rude Indian lady at the pharmacy. And she had a problem with me for no reason! Ik she did this! When I called today.. the pharmacist stated that was a typo.. and that happens. She also stated they’re unstaffed.I understand, no one cares.. bc it’s just a dog!… But what if your overdosing your child or love one.. JUST BC OF A TYPO from the pharmacy!?

Pharmacy staff is rude, I’m talking about a specific pharmacy tech. Don’t know the name. Zero empathy. If you call, you right away get “Walgreens pharmacy can you hold”. After that, you are put on hold before you even get to say “sure, I don’t mind holding”. Now let’s say this is urgent and someone is getting some sort of heart medication, this is not the pharmacy you want to use. You will probably die before you get your meds. I get it, it’s retail and it’s really busy, but no reason to act rude towards the customers. No one is forcing to go to work disgruntled, there are many other jobs out there if you’re not happy. I’ll still use Walgreens, but I’ll drive a little further so I don’t have to deal with this location

I always like a Walgreens, because they have a very good sales people. Like today I talk some cashier man and he sharing with me his exciting about cricket team from India in world championship. He makes me happy for my day.I hope they win.
