Cat was absolutely amazing! She noticed an item I was purchasing was cheaper online. She helped me download the app and add all the items to my cart. She was so caring and patient with me. She went above and beyond!! She is so personable and kind! She is definitely an asset to your location! Great job Cat!! Thank you so much! Appreciate you!

Literally the WORST customer service I have ever encountered in my life! I am sick with 102 fever and patiently waited in line at the pharmacy's drive thru for 15 minutes because there were several cars in front of me. When they got to me they shut the blinds in my face and said they were closed for lunch. I called prior to be sure my prescriptions were ready, have a card on file, and was there before the 11am break. It would of took them less than 30 seconds to verify my information and run my card on file. I went inside and talked with the managers on staff and they told me to call the 800 number and they apologized they couldn't help me. They are supposed to take everyone in line prior to their break time and literally didn't care. They have cameras surrounding that place and 100% knew I was there and should of helped me. I would rather burn on a fire than ever give this horrific place my business again. 10/10 don't recommend.

I guess they changed the hrs from 24 hrs to 6am to 12 am (Google hrs and automated system) it's 6:10 am 2 employees inside and not open yet

Pharmacy will short your medication then do absolutely nothing to rectify it, while treating you as the criminal. Stay away from Walgreens, this Walgreens particularly. They are either very bad at counting or something worse.

Store manager tonight after I purchased products and asked if I could wait inside for my Uber because tonight is like negative degrees. Says yeah but you got a time limit in a 24/7 Walgreens. Ridiculous. So I asked why. He says since I said yes and now you asking questions now no you can't lol

Incompetent and uncaring pharmacy staff who can't even communicate an issue let alone be trusted to keep your medications filled in a timely manner. I will not be back and would not recommend anyone else use this pharmacy either.1/5 because 0 isn't an option

The store is generally clean and the staff mostly courteous and competent. the parking lot is sometimes a problem, but it's a small, narrow parking lot at a busy intersection so you can't expect much. I started bringing my prescriptions here when it was a true 24 hour pharmacy. The store may be open 24 hours but the pharmacy hours are now about the same as other stores in the area, so they have lost that advantage. I used to be very happy with their prescription services, but the last few years they seem to have major issues communicating with my doctor's office. I don't know if the fault lies with their computer system or the store staff, but it needs to be fixed. Today I went into the store to pick up two of the three scripts I have been trying to get refilled. The lines were long and there was one person scurrying between drop off, pickup, and drive thru. This was not because he was the only one in the department. His coworkers were also scurrying including one young woman who's job was apparently to walk around with a clipboard and ignore the growing lines. She was really, really good at that. The last time I witnessed that level of organization, there was a clown car involved. I also pulled up GoodRX on my phone because one medication had gone up steeply in price, only to find that Walgreens was the most expensive of the ten pharmacies listed.
