I work for this company trying get store up and working in Aurora Illinois being a young black female I felt really disrespected. I was told by another employee that the district manager told me that I would basically fail and then I had a problem with Assistant manager they hired about being completely disrespectful toward me because I was young there’s things in that store that is broken and they told me to put tape on  the water fountain in the back is leaking black stuff and I told to put a bucket under there  there were nails left exposed where someone could get hurt this is honestly the worst company to work !!

Walked in today 7/8/23 at 8:00 pm to get some vitamins,and the employee (Nicholas) that was working that night, got up from his chair with an attitude and didn't even say hi. I had to say hi and he answered with a bad attitude. If he doesn't like his job then stay home.

I went into Vitamin world today and was welcomed in by Alex, not only did he inform me about the promotions they had but also about specific vitamins and the benefits the offer. Everytime I have come into this store I’ve had a outstanding experience, if you’re new to the vitamin and supplement world I highly recommend going in and just asking questions. The employess are very informative about their products and are very friendly and welcoming. Thankyou Alex for making my experience outstanding today and for all the information!!

A little over priced compared to Vitamin Shopee and GNC. Also no where close to the selection that is at either of the other stores. However for what it is it is not bad. If you have a couple extra minutes there is a GNC not even 5 minutes away by care.

The guy that was working here tonight around 6:30pm has a terrible customer service. He should get fired. NO type of help at all. You guys lost a costumer.

I didnt catch the man's name, but he definitely helped me pick exactly what i needed! Sure enough after 3 days of starting the vitamins i noticed a difference in my body, just like he predicted! Next time I'm in the area i will definitely go back to this shop!
