Bella was great. She made the process of getting a new phone (and transferring everything over from the old phone) easy. I'm old and ask a lot of dumb questions. She answered all of them, all without laughing. I would definitely pay her a visit if you're in the market for a new phone.

Bella was the best !! She helped my family and I upgrade our plan and answered all our questions. She was knowledgeable about all the products and discounts !! The transferring process was prompt and easy. I’ve never had such a quick and wonderful experience with any other phone service company. I chose Verizon because of her !

Excellent customer service is sorely lacking within the majority of businesses, however this Verizon store goes above and beyond when caring for their clients. I had (unfortunately) switched to another carrier (after being a Verizon subscriber since I purchased my first phone eons ago) which wreaked havoc on my account. Thankfully, Greg came to the rescue! He, with extreme patience, restored my Verizon account and assisted me to streamline it and add money-saving perks. Manager, Jasmine, who is extremely personable and knowledgeable also assisted in restoring my service I have been at multiple Verizon stores through the years, and I can confirm that this location offers the VERY BEST in customer service.

Very bad lack of communication, the customer service representative should’ve informed me about the different options of gizmos watches instead of assuming I want an older model. I’m glad I was able to swap it at a corporate Verizon after checking the scratches that the gizmo watch had from using it less than a week while the new one arrived. The corporate Verizon was able to order the new version for me and take the other watch back! Sometimes is better going to the main corporate stores they cared more keeping a customer happy. This location wouldn’t take it back while the corporate store said scratches was superficial.
I can’t believe the Verizon customer agent on the phone was more help and was able to fix the problem to keep the customer satisfied instead of just shutting you down and giving us no other option! Specially when it was the lack of communication and not offering the latest model on the watches . I will never again visit this store specially having 2 different accounts a Business account and a personal account with Verizon that needed to be upgraded .
