I’d like to start off by explaining how incredibly happy I was with the customer service provided by Allen. He did an amazing job showing and guiding us through our purchase. We spend 10k on furniture, and they told us our delivery would arrive in about a month.
Later, we even received a call the week of our delivery confirming we will have our furniture. Today, 2 days before our delivery, they tell us we can only receive part of our sofa because the left side won’t arrive until January. If you have something out of stock, it’s important to mention when the customer is purchasing, not 2 days before the delivery.
I was so disappointed with how they handled this situation. Kara, one of the managers, tried to redirect us into purchasing another product rather than trying to ameliorate the situation. We are canceling the entire purchase.

Tanya helped me sooooo much when i was purchasing furniture. She bent over backwards trying to find me deals and was so patient as i was trying to figure out what would work. Never lost her positive calm disposition. Tara also helped with the actual order, ensuring payments and cost were accurate and was extremely friendly.
Mark was the final piece that ensured the transaction was to my liking and did his best to get me the absolute best final price.
I will be coming again!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Value City Furniture. I was initially promised that my furniture would be delivered in the coming week, which I planned for accordingly. However, I was just informed that the delivery has now been pushed back an entire month!
To make matters worse, I have tried multiple times to reach the store to get an update or explanation, but no one is picking up the phone. It is frustrating to have such poor customer service and unreliable communication, especially after being told one thing and having the date pushed without any proper notification.
I expected much better service from a company like this and am reconsidering my future purchases.
