I will ALWAYS purchase my vehicles from Valley Honda.\\nI purchased a 2018 Honda Pilot for my wife recently, and the check engine light came on with certain codes to refer to.\\nOf course, check engine lights are always worrisome, so I brought the Pilot in for service.\\nI immediately sought out CHAD O'NEIL as he had helped me with a routine service issue on my Honda Passport.\\nCHAD O'NEIL (again) went way way out of his way for me!\\nIt was busy in the service department, and he was patient with me, answered every question I had, and saw to it that I was comfortable and worry free. I had a lot of work done to my older CRV. Kristina was very kind and a great communicator! She kept me in loop when parts were shipped in and being completed. She and her team completed the repairs a day earlier than expected.

A waste of time and money. I was having audio issues, so I called and asked for a service appointment. They say I can just walk in, so I drive 20 minutes and arrive 40 minutes before closing. Only to be told "come back tomorrow. It will take too long. We open at 9". Anyway, the problem took 2 min to solve - thanks to a friendly neighbor. The entire Honda team here is useless. Dozens of people couldn't bother to help me with the smallest of issues.

Very thankful for a Great experience recently, with Marco Maldonado and Honda! We were stranded last Saturday night when the car wouldn't start. Four different calls to roadside assistance and tow companies before someone came, and then three different auto parts stores looking for the specific battery we were told we needed, which turned out not to be the case. Had to drop the car off somewhere, but wasn't sure where to go. I used to go to Valley Honda, but wasn't sure if I could take my Kia there. I was told yes, so Great, decision made! And I dropped the keys off very late on Saturday night, glad the whole experience would soon be behind me. But Marco called on Monday morning, and it turns out we were misinformed again, and they do only work on Honda's. They were so wonderful though, as they've always been, and were able to help and replace the battery anyway. Thank you very much to Marco and Valley Honda! It had been a very frustrating and stressful night...thank you for bringing it to an end on such a great and positive note!

Great service from Jose Barrera when I stopped in to get batteries for my Honda remote. Within two minutes he installed a fresh battery, showed me how to change my other remote’s battery and handed me the second battery to replace when needed. I asked about touch up paint and he verified my color match and set me up with the supplies on the spot. Very friendly and customer focused! Thanks Jose!

First visit to this dealership/service department for routine maintenance. Called to ask about service specials and estimated time for the service. The agent was polite and advised me they were pretty busy but slowing down, also that the intake person would be able to discuss specials, so I got moving. IT WAS BUSY! Good sign in my eyes, like busy restaurants. Kristina and Casey noticed I needed some assistance and were absolutely amazing! Very clean everywhere from the exterior, restrooms, and waiting area. The wait is what it is, but they make it more comfortable than others. I will be a return service customer and maybe walk the lot next time.

I travel an hour to and from to come to this location, even though there is a Honda dealership one block away from me. The service has always been spectacular, and the commute is worth it. The best part is that I trust them. You can tell that everyone at this location genuinely cares and does their best job to help. Wait times are always faster than quoted. Employees are always extra friendly. The waiting area for the customers is beautiful and comfortable, with lots of room and fully stocked with accommodations. Today they managed to go even further with the great service. They were finished with my car almost 40min early. One of the employees did something for me that was so kind and generous, whomever you are, thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart. You are a rare gem, and I am grateful. What you did made a big impact in my life and helped greatly. Thanks everyone that works here for another wonderful experience!!

I have bought my last 4 vehicles from Valley Honda and have always used their service department. I like that they thoroughly explain what needs to be done without any high handed pressure which gives me a lot of confidence in them. Also on my last visit I had the opportunity of working with Marco M. Who coincidentally sold me one of my vehicles in 2012. I like that they have a lot of long term employees, it says a lot about a business.

This place is amazing. Like no other dealership I have been in. Excellent service department and exceptionally clean. Great waiting area if you decide on waiting. Stop by and have a coffee or water. Check it out, you just might buy a Honda. Oh ,I should also say everyone is so friendly and eager to help you and make sure your completely satisfied.

I had a leak in my under 5 year old Honda Odyssey that shorted out the control unit for the rear hatch. I immediately went to Valley Honda when the service light indicating a power hatch problem came on. Alonzo Carrillo was the service rep I worked with. He was professional, took time to explain the problem and solution and referred me to an excellent body shop to have the leak repaired before Valley could replace the control unit. I am very happy with the work that was done and with the service provided by Valley Honda and Alonzo.Service: Electrical
