Fox Valley staff does not know what their doing. Rented a P.O. Box for $176. Never got mail in it. I had to drive to West Aurora branch where Supervisor Paula found my mail sitting. I was told my mail was never forwarded to P.O.Box by Fox Valley staff. Their blaming me that I didn't fill out forward address. When I was told by Indian Gentlemen @ Fox Valley that everything was complete. Was told I would get a refund. They gave me $45 back. Incompetent & untrained people at Fox valley branch.

Once again the morons at the Bedford Park Distribution center for USPS screw up. Why is it every package gets shipped to St Charles or Chicago multiple times before being sent 10 miles down the road to the proper Post Office? So much for 3 day delivery on rush items, thanks to these clueless idiots working in Bedford avg time on a 3 day priority package is 10 to 15 days IF IT ARRIVES AT ALL. Every last employee and supervisor there should be fired. No wonder it's one of the worst distribution centers in the USPS system if not the worst.

I had an incoming package routed through this location and my package has been stuck on “awaiting delivery” since May 1st. Who knows if I’ll ever actually get it at this point.

Everytime my packages go through here it’s a waiting game. If you see youre package is here…you can expect 3-5 days more added on you’re shipment.

This facility is so trash. My package has been sitting there for 6 damn days. They don’t answer the phone, which I bet they don’t because they’re busy dealing with other people complaining about how trash they are too. I really wish they would shut this place down because this isn’t my first issue with Fox Valley.

Had a package shipped from Florida and went to this distribution center As I live in Joliet I thought I would have it soon. They shipped it to Palatine. Took an extra 5 days to get one small package!! Get them more help!!!!!!!!

Shivaji is very rude. He returned lots of other customers in line and once customers left he just laughed on customer face. Even through I have barcode sticker, he refused to tape it. They always put tap on it. They are forcing to buy tap. Worst customer service ever.

Package stuck pending for a week, I'll give it until Tuesday to arrive on my doorstep to update the star rating of this review.EDIT - My package did in fact arrive on Tuesday, so I'll go to 4 stars. I hope this was just a fluke.

This distribution node received a package of mine and then proceeded to send it to Southern California and then it came back here. Literally added five days to the delivery time. NINE days for a small media mailer to go from Tennessee to Illinois. I could have ridden my bike to Tennessee and back much faster than that. These people need to learn how to sort mail properly.
