Wish I could give zero stars. I’ve been trying to call since they opened and can’t get through to anyone. Everytime I call it goes through the menu options then it’s just the dial tone when you wait to speak to someone.

Tried to work with Supervisor Paula. She helped locate some mail that was supposed to go to my P.O. Box. I paid $176. My mail was held up at West Aurora branch due to the incompetent individuals at FOX Valley branch. I was told I deserved a full refund for their error. Only to receive $45. Glad we moved out of the Aurora area.

If you have to deal with Luz, good luck. She is rude and doesn’t want to help you at all. If you need to ship any thing out, drive to Montgomery. They are friendly there and more willing to help you.

USPS needs to be investigated. My vehicle registration renewal was never delivered, but the IL Sectetary of State confirmed it was mailed out almost a month ago. I am now having to use time off from work to visit a local Secretary of State office to sign an affidavit and receive my sticker before expiration in two weeks. Contacted USPS regarding this and was told "Informed Delivery may be a few days off, sorry for the inconvenience". Ridiculous response. I had also mentioned that our carrier will shove and wedge packages into our mailbox to where we struggle to remove them later, but no response to that. Horrible service all around from Aurora USPS.

Waited in an hour long line. Slow—literally one staff member. Either hire more employees or schedule the shifts better. Place sucks.

The attention that is given in that place is disgusting without racists and they treat badly that Mexican lady who serves is the rudest apart from the fact that they charged her a lot of money to send a document to Colombia that according to them would take 6 days and it has been more than a month and it does not appear and you go to ask and they scold you that this is not their problem, that they don't know anything, it's bad that an institution as prestigious as the United States Postal Service does not rate such inhuman staff well /// The attention that is given in that place is disgusting without racists and they treat badly that Mexican lady who serves is the rudest apart from the fact that they charged her a lot of money to send a document to Colombia that according to them would take 6 days and it has been more than a month and it does not appear and you go to ask and they scold you that this is not their problem, that they don't know anything, it's bad that an institution as prestigious as the United States Postal Service does not give a good rating to such inhuman staff.

This should be a NEGATIVE "1". The Indian woman and man work very hard, otherwise the customer service is terrible here. One person working the counter in a post office in the 2nd largest city in Illinois. Line out the door, with 25+ people standing in line for 45 minutes or longer.
The USPS needs to hire new management, get rid of some of these people that are lazy and sitting in the office behind the counter giggling and laughing while there are multiple people standing in line. If this was a legitimate business, it would go out of business. The only reason that this place is not under more scrutiny is because half the people that are customers don't speak english and the other 1/4 don't want to take the extra time to write a complaint. I wrote a letter to Washington DC and if you have a complaint about this post office, please also write to the following address:
United States Postal Service
Office of the Consumer Advocate
475 L’ Enfant Plaza SW
Washington, D.C. 20260
