  Wish I could give zero stars. I’ve been trying to call since they opened and can’t get through to anyone. Everytime I call it goes through the menu options then it’s just the dial tone when you wait to speak to someone.

  Tried to work with Supervisor Paula. She helped locate some mail that was supposed to go to my P.O. Box. I paid $176. My mail was held up at West Aurora branch due to the incompetent individuals at FOX Valley branch. I was told I deserved a full refund for their error. Only to receive $45.   If you have to deal with Luz, good luck. She is rude and doesn’t want to help you at all. If you need to ship any thing out, drive to Montgomery. They are friendly there and more willing to help you.
