Very bad staff
Does not follow UPS rules
I went to return my Amazon product which was label less and packaging less, but the staff still want me to print the label and pack the box if I don’t then they will charge for it. How ridiculous it is ??? I am going to raise my concern with Amazon as well. I won’t come back this store again. Disaster experience

The customer service at this UPS store scores very low. There should be a “zero” option on these stars. I called in advance to check that this location does passport pictures. The clerk said yes. But when I arrived and asked for the service, they told me the machine was not working. The least service-oriented aspect of this is the workers exchanged a conversation back and forth with one another, and then asked the manager who was also in front of me who knew the answer all along. The manager did not have the courtesy to address me directly. This was a disappointing errand run and I will not return here.

Me and my mother came here. The first time, a girl with highlights serviced us. She was instantly rude from the start, acting all snobby and rude and being standoffish. She told us that we would have to print something and pay $2. We left. When we asked the friend that we were dropping the package off for, she told us that there was no need to print anything or pay any money amount. Then we came back and the same girl was standing behind the scale. We try to be nice and explain our situation, but she smirks to her friend as we are trying to explain. My mother gets fed up and snaps at the girl as she is fed up with the disrespect. Then another girl named Cameron starts yelling at us and we leave after arguing a bit more. They are trying to scam you out of your money and are very unprofessional. Please don’t come here, especially with an immigrant parent who cannot speak English well and has been walked all over ever since they came to America.

I only come for Amazon returns (at the kiosk self served now). Most staff is friendly, and ready to help when I do traditional at the counter returns. However, one of the girls had a rude tone and told me to use the kiosk next time, even though the guy helping me literally offered to take my return right next to her. Plus, I had a question anyway.

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience at UPS Store #3561 that I feel compelled to share. I needed to ship two letters and thought using UPS Express would be the best option. However, when I asked for two UPS Express envelopes, I was surprised by the response I received. An employee named Addison informed me that they couldn’t provide the envelopes for free.This policy was unexpected and inconvenient. In my previous experiences with shipping services, the cost of such envelopes is typically included in the shipping fee, especially for express services. I was particularly perplexed by Addison’s analogy, comparing it to not paying for produce at a grocery store. This comparison didn’t seem fitting as the envelopes are a part of the shipping service.Due to this policy, my shipping process was complicated, and I left the store feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope this feedback encourages UPS Store #3561 to reconsider their approach to customer service and policies regarding shipping supplies.

At this specific location, there is a fee for printing UPS labels, and they do not provide notarization services for driver's licenses and other photocopies, even if you possess the original documents. In contrast, other UPS stores offer notarization services for such documents.
