Employees are always nice and service is quick! Mailboxes are reasonably priced and you don’t have to sign up for a whole year at a time.

Always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They always check for the best option if you want to compare prices. VERY efficient even when the store is busy, the line moves extremely quickly. Love them for Amazon drop offs, I'm in and out within seconds, WITH a receipt. Great, caring staff, make you feel right at home.

Went in to ship a flat rate envelope overnight to Florida. I was charged $64.00 to send it overnight. It was just a flat envelope!! I actually went out to my car and googled how much it costs to send a flat rate piece overnight and found responses of between $25-$30.00 which is basically what I thought I would pay. I went back in the store and inquired about this and said there has to be an error and I was assured there was not. I was told that's the price that's in the computer. I'm all for everyone making money but that's ridiculous. I've been there in the past and shipped lots of items at Christmas time, but never again. I like being loyal, and especially supporting businesses in my community, but I'm also not going to be foolish enough to pay those kinds of prices. They've lost my business if this is how outrageous their prices are. I will never recommend them.
