took my car in for a quote on a paint job,tried telling me “ it is not gonna be nothing cheap” without even looking at a full 360 at the car. Told me they would call me within a week & it turned into a whole 2 months. Car is only less than 13 feet long & less than 5 foot high. Poor business other person walked away carelessly while the other one was going to yapple town about how hard this job is going to be, car has no major collisions or half the car missing like all the cars lined up to fix ahead of me, said it would be a lot of months job when another place is going to do it for 2 days max . DONT RECOMMEND

HORRIBLE SERVICE! DONT trust them! Trying to scam me charging ridiculous prices and trying to keep the car in the shop until a payment was made I never once agreed in the work. Definitely never going back, the place itself was dirty you can tell nothing gets wiped down. It was honestly the nastiest auto shop I have been to

Horrible business practice. We took our car to be repaired after a deer damaged the side doors. We had explicitly asked for new parts and we were charged for them, just to find out they actually had junk parts put in, did a crappy paint job and just waxed it as much as they could to hide it. When we contacted him about it he said we obviously don't know anything about business, that if he is charging us $600 for a door and he finds it for a dollar elsewhere, those $599 are his profit. JUST AVOID THESE SHAMELESS SCAMMERS!

Avoid at all cost, scammers, thief's, this people don't function the way a respectable shop should, they charge you for used parts like new, they don't use the correct parts and even the paint job was horrible, on top of everything they charged me for services they did not do. I will be civil lawsuit pending and will gladly bring in anyone that has a similar issue with this rats.

I definitely recommend this shop for any type of body work you need done to your car ! The men here did a wonderful job on my car! A lady hit me from behind and my car was a wreck! but these men at united auto body shop on highland made the back of my car look brand new again ! everyone was nice and very fast service too! Highly recommended. I called this place called from the side of the road with a wrecked car, and they brought me right in and immediately gave me an idea of what was wrong. Service was super friendly and very helpful explanations. They went out of their way to make sure everything was done right and even replaced an extra part for free and gave me a discount to assure that I had a good experience. I will be back next time and recommend them to anyone else.

My fiancé took her car here to get repaired after a accident. Body work was ok but after we got the car back we noticed numerous things wrong with it. The driver side door won't lock, the Honda emblem FELL OFF after having the car back for a day, and there was a noice coming from one of the back wheels. So we took it back and had them “fix†the things that were wrong with it and the first thing we noticed when we went to pick it back up again is that the front door still didn't lock. We proceeded to drive the car again and there's was STILL a noice coming from one of the back wheels when they said NOTHING was wrong with it. Come to find out the next day that there was only 3 out of 5 lug nuts on one of her wheels and 2 out of the 3 left were LOOSE and they took 5 business days and used all her gas to tell us that nothing was wrong with the car and to glue the Honda emblem back on. DO NOT trust these people. Someone could have been seriously hurt.
