Awful place to work. The management was not attentive to teachers needs and concerns. They did not want to help teachers with misbehaving children. I have had a child kick a softball sized welt into my leg threatening to kill me. Nothing was done for me or the child. Under my, a colleagues, and another child’s parents watch a two year old climbed up onto the teachers counter and ran around the two-year-old room with adult scissors in a “ready to stab” position. Kids throw bookshelves, bite and hit teachers and other kids and management does little to nothing about it. The teachers are passionate and wonderful, but the management is the worst. Wouldn’t recommend working or sending your kids. Tutor Time in Aurora is a sinking ship.

I really enjoy it here. The staff is very friendly, they're great with children of all ages, reasonable rates and lower ratios.

Although I read reviews I rarely write them. However, I felt the need to respond to the negative reviews recently posted. We have been beyond pleased with the care my grandchildren have received while attending Tutor Time. We truly appreciate the love, care and patience exhibited by the director, Miss Hilary, asst. director, Miss Donna, and the teachers, especially Miss Angelica. We are truly impressed with the level of individualized learning and care of each student which is so important for all children, but has been particularly helpful in transitioning our grandson with special needs to daycare. If you are looking for a daycare that is run by caring professionals please consider Tutor Time in Aurora.

I would not recommend this school, especially if your child has any sort of delays in development or medical issues that could cause inconsistencies in their behavior. Not only do I hear teachers yelling at the students but the Director also does not look out for the best benefit of the child. Since my child started having respiratory issues it seems like the Director has been trying to push him out the door so they don't have to deal with him. There are cameras in the room that we watch and the Director would say my son was doing all these things that we never saw in the videos, mind you I started making it a point to watch. A lot of these teachers also have their own kids in the class and I even saw one of the teachers spank her kid in the middle of the class. When i brought that to the Director's attention she removed my viewing from the camera. If you want a school that truly cares about the best interest of your child, DO NOT CHOOSE TUTOR TIME. My child does not show said behaviors in any other setting and has been labeled based on his medical issues.

My daughter has been going to Tutor Time of Aurora for 6 months now and she has never been happier before. She shares a special bond with all the teachers at her daycare.Miss Yvette Palomo was her first teacher who comforted her in the new space and shares an incredible bond with my daughter.Miss Cassie is more like a buddy to my daughter than a teacher. She is so loving and caring that my daughter misses her even on the weekends.Miss Tracy Manning is the most fun teacher I have ever met. Ayra learns all the fun activities from her and she means like a family to us.Miss Sushmita is so warm and loving. She is very much attached with my daughter and cares for her a lot.I cant thank enough all the teachers who make our life so much happier by bringing in joy to our kids and taking care of them in all aspects.

Cares about the money only, Grandson was left sitting at the table for an hour by himself. Teachers were talking among themselves, not checking on him to see why he wasn’t playing with the other kids. You’ve been warned ?

Kid never wanted to stay with the workers at the center. Several questionable events were witnessed on their camera. When the issues were brought to the director attentions they only emailed me back. They didn't even have enough concern to call me. Any new mothers beware do not take your babies to them who are innocent and can't talk for themselves.

Management and teachers alike show much love for each child, that's what turned me on to Tutor Time. I love this place! It's the best ever! There's a wonderful trickle down effect in the company, which I have never seen before.. Simply amazing!

They only care about making money. My son took the summer off and after detailed discussions with the center, he was supposed to resume before and after care at the start of school. I called this morning and they “forgot” to enroll him and now full. Day before school and I have to scramble for care. They are definitely not reliable so don’t bother. I seriously would hate to see someone else be put in my predicament.

Since day one, on my search for the proper child care, Tutor Time has been more than amazing. The staff far exceeds all expectations, too each child and parent. From the director to every teacher, they always go above and beyond to take care of the business as a whole. Anything from the cleanliness, the organization, the respect, friendliness, the responsibilities to the children's needs to the parent's wishes. My son goes there and our whole family absolutely loves the staff and their attentiveness. Miss Samantha, Miss Hilary, Miss Sayeeda, Miss Marybeth and Miss Georgia have made our son apart of the family and we are so grateful. I would ONLY recommend Tutor Time, as it is more than just a "drop your kid off and we'll take care of them" type of place. They care and it shows. Thank you for all that you've done and continue to do. The entire staff really gives a whole new meaning to child care.

Our daughter's been there for a year and a half so far and loves it! The staff is so friendly and flexible it made for an easy transition for our family as I went from a stay-at-home mom to working full-time. Every day on our way home she tells me all about what she and her friends did that day - going outside, playing in the water, making "snakes" (with play dough), coloring - the kids are constantly engaged and learning with a good mix of structured and unstructured play times.
