Horrible people! financed a used Rav4 about a year ago from Toyota of Naperville. At the time the finance rate and payments they were offering me were not good at all. I did not have a vehicle and did not have much choice. Still the payments were too high so I politely said I would shop elsewhere. The salesman told me to wait and got his boss. They explained to me that if I kept my account in good standing for a year I could refinance without any issue. I decided to sign and took the car. It has been a year and I called to start the refinancing process. They told me they do not now nor have they ever done refinancing. I explained what the sales man had told me and assured me. The rep simply said well he must not have been honest with you. Desperate to refinance I reached out to other refinancing companies. ALL of them told me that I was way over charged. They say I paid more than 20k of the cars worth and basically I was completely ripped off. No company will refinance me unless I can come up with almost 20k cash first to pay the difference in worth! I left multiple messages and emailes for manager Travis Jackson before he finally contacted me. When he finally called me me played dumb and just said things like, "Well, I wasn't around then." He could not in any way explain why I was overcharged, and offered no solutions. I finally asked him directly what he would do to help resolve the situation. He simply answered "Nothing." Now, I am having to take extreme action to try and survive being ripped off before I go under! Whatever you do, do NOT trust the lying snakes at Toyota of Naperville! They will tell you ANYTHING to get the sale closed!!! A year later, you will be completely screwed and they will just laugh.

Going all electric is about the dumbest thing I've ever heard. We barely have a grid in some cities that can support current electric demands let alone having millions hooking up to it everyday to charge. PLUS they barely work in cold climates, of which most people in the US live in 6 months out of the year. Stupid all around.

This warehouse does not treat it's Toyota Dealership delivery drivers with very much respect. They will not allow the drivers use the inside restrooms. They are expected to us a Port-a-Toilet outside in the inclement winter weather. It was 10 degrees the last time I was here and they still expect you to use these outside toilets. This is barbarik.

For 10 days now trying to get hold of the title for my new car. No one in the dealership mentioned that it may take this long. Through multiple attempts to call them just once I was able to catch someone, all the other times got 'please leave a message, we will call you back'. Of course no one ever called back.. Frustrated I finally tried to call Toyota Illinois Customer Service number. Got connected to automated system that lists all possible extensions, then ignores my selection and starts the recitation again. And again, and again. I would laugh now if wasn't so upset..

I have over 6 family members who went out and purchased Toyota vehicles. My truck was treated for the rusted frame recall but they didn't rustproof the part of the frame under the engine compartment which is in bad shape. With 100k miles I dont think it's going to hold up. Contacted Toyota and they pushed me off on the dealer and the dealer said that the engine compartment wasn't covered by the recall. I will not and I won't allow anyone I know to purchase a Toyota ever again.

One of the best sales training I've ever had!! Taught by KC Nix, he was extremely informative, engaging, full of entity, fun and thorough. 2 thumbs up! Facilities were very clean. They served breakfast and lunch which was phenomenal!
