“It was my the greatest auto repairing experience for my Acura repairing in Farnsworth Auto. The manager, Chris has the most customer service skills and showed how he care his customer like me. During my 2 days dropped my car in his auto shop, he picked and dropped my car twice from my home because I need my car to take my 4 years old daughter from school everyday at 3:00 PM. The repairing job he has done is excellent with reasonable price, and I highly recommend this auto shop to everyone who would like to experience their services. Again, thanks Chris for everything you have done for me!”
“First time using this shop yesterday. My alternator died in the morning, got it towed to the shop just before noon. Diagnosed by 2:30, repairs done and ready for pickup by 5. I was amazed and greatful. Price was very reasonable and the staff was friendly. This is my new spot for maintenance.”

The shop was able to plug the hole I had on my tire.
Service was great, super friendly staff and quick as well.
It was $10 to repair. This is a lot cheaper than all other shops I have previously visited.”

He is honest and fair and has provided a lot of comprehensive services for my German vehicles. Recently, I had an issue out of town and the local shop could not determine the problem. Came in for an oil change and left knowing a multitude of things that needed to be fixed on my car, including something that needed to be fixed right away as it was a safety hazard. Belle is my storeOk i was losing air some in a tire. I brought it in months ago and was told can't find anything wrong but could be cracked rim. So I'm back explained to Chris Griffin and he took tire off examining it carefully and found a small Crack in the inside towards frame. He's definitely a pro as he showed me the problem. “Cheapest place around for an alignment! Called 4 places. Worked w me and got the car in same day and did the job while I was at work. Very professional. “Really nice and friendly and he doesn't over charge like Quint Tires usually do. He usually charges half of what Quint tires charge and doesn't try to charge you extra. Hours do need to be change that's it but other than that I will highly recommend anyone to fix their tires here.”

“I drove from Elgin to Aurora since in Elgin I had booked an appointment and they sold the tires I was supposed to have installed I felt like my time was wasted. I had my girl call Aurora and set up an appointment an they made up for my was told they would hold the tires and honor the Elgin price. They kept every word and the job was done in a timely manner.
