“Really nice and friendly and he doesn't over charge like Quint Tires usually do. He usually charges half of what Quint tires charge and doesn't try to charge you extra. Hours do need to be change that's it but other than that I will highly recommend anyone to fix their tires here.”
“I scheduled an appointment at the other Firestone by the Fox valley mall. When I showed up and they said they canceled my appointment because they were too busy . They offered to get me in the next day on Monday . I was very upset because I couldn’t afford to miss work and needed my car fixed today (Sunday) . Luckily Ryan the store associate at this location which was only 7 minutes away saved the day .He was able to let me walk into this store without an appointment and take care of my car DESPITE being short staffed with only one mechanic working . His customer service was amazing. He helped me out with a smile on his face . Got me in and out in a timely manner . Applied a coupon without me having to ask or bring it up . I had a great experience here. I will absolutely be back for more business in the future due to this positive interaction I had with the staff member named Ryan !”
