Great place with excellent quality apparel. Boots are a staple and define the brand. Very knowledgeable staff help you to take the right decision about your needs. I enter to take a look and I was approached for EDWIN, the best seller associate I ever met. Without any pressure to buy, I came out with a parka and a pair of boots. Great prices, great deals, great costumer service.

I was happy to take my child to go shopping on Sunday, but I was treated unfriendly at the checkout counter. Her voice was so loud that the whole store could hear it, and it scared my child. If it wasn't for my poor English and children, I really hope to complain to the person in charge.

Dont believe those discount signs in the store. When you come to the counter to pay for it they ll tell you "we can not apply the discount"and on top of that they ll ask you to buy another pair in order to apply the discount. Dissapointing

One star they are trying to be sneaky and call out of sale and then put half of the as excluded. Then they get rid of half the merchandise so they don't have to use it for the sale. Horrible business plan.

Bad customer service… I asked them nicely regarding the shoe issues and the box is torn and I asked them can I some discount or something? They said we can give you new box and can’t give you discount because it’s doesn’t wrong with the shoes… so yeahMy suggestion is that they should have give a 5 % off of the broken boxIs not the same giving you a boxWhat if you giving a pair shoes for your friends that box is from other old boxes that you guys throw away at the end of the night ??
