Had a terrible experience at this location shopping for a hot tub. The salesman (middle age man with glasses, wish I got his name) was rude, condescending, and unhelpful. I'd recommend looking elsewhere instead of dealing with such unnecessary attitude for such a large purchase.

I live in a small town and couldn't find a case for my pool stick and thank goodness I was able to find 3 to choose from at this store. Plus looked around at some of their nice patio tables with the glass fire centers. Very nice selection.

Update: I decided to open the base to see how much weight they installed. It turns out they only filled the based with ~79lbs of sand instead of the recommended 200lbs (that I also paid for). Still have not been contacted by the "owner" who is looking into this.
Bought a large umbrella and selected installation through The Great Escape. I was told after the first one blew over in a light breeze that it was defective and they would replace it. A month later the new one arrived and within 2 days was also blown over in a light breeze (5 mph) and just barely missing my wife and newborn baby. Unbelievably dangerous product.

I am going to give a shout out to ROB. We were looking for a new pool and he was kind and answered every question I had. I live over an hour away And he answered my questions and more questions via text and a phone conversation. When we finally met him he was knowledgeable and very polite. And we’re glad we bought a pool from him. He explained all the details we were looking for and all our options. Thanks again Rob.

I had an unfortunate experience at the schaumburg store and was referred to speak to Rob about it. Rob listen to all of my concerns and was beyond professional, respectful and understanding. Ha I don’t know what to say, last Friday. ( 4/26/ 24) at exactly 10:36AM I was at the left only lane at Book Rd and 75th Street in Naperville IL, one of the Great Escape Truck was behind me and my car and it suddenly broke so I turned it off and put the blinkers on.But your truck driver was right in the rear of my car honking and yelling at me so close to my car for 20 minutes I was so scared and didn’t know what to do with my car and later he took the turn and left.All that time he had the space to take the left turn and he didn’t want to, because he decided to bother me and have fun with it. This is what you guys are giving training to your drivers? He was on drugs it seems because he was so angry at me showing middle finger at me. This should be taken seriously because if the men have issues like this they should not be behind the wheel for safety reasons. I hope the Great Escape Management is going to take care of this for the sake God??
