Customer service is store is basically third class, I was there to pickup my online order, I opened package in front of associate and there was missing item but they didn’t help me with it , they were like You have to deal with customer service even though they had the item on store available. I wanted to return one of the item but I didn’t had the credit card I used on me , so she was like we don’t give store credit and apparently I have to come to store again with credit card to return it, which is total nonsenseNever shopping it here again not in store or not even online

I’ve been going here almost 3 years to shop for my kids the customer service in this store has no hope the lady with glasses and braid and a speech impediment is always rude doesn’t try to help people she literally starting yelling why my 4 year old was in the store with me everything about this location is horrible

Great selection of cute clothes but customer service is terrible. Never enough people checking out customers. Every time I come here there's only one employee ringing people up, and there's always a long line with people buying 100 things and questioning the prices. It takes forever to buy anything here. I usually end up walking out and buying things somewhere else.

Dont get me wrong, the store is small and it's a tight fit, but the young lady who helped me was very nice and helped me right away. I chose store pick up and didn't run into any issues with it. Thank you!

Terrible customer service from the worker to the manager horrible horrible horrible!!!! Have been a long time customer of theirs but never again their computers went down after making a purchase and she didnt let me take my purchase because she couldnt prove that it charged me but I received an emailed receipt and it was deducted from my bank and she still made me repay for the items before I could take them called customer service and had to wait 3 weeks for them to tell me they didnt charge my card and for me to email or fax my bank statement because my bank says they did it was 34.00 but still it was my money that I work hard for they lost a longstanding customer and Ill tell everyone not to shop there ever again.....

The last 2 times I went here, they did not have any stock of anything we liked that was the right size. No stock of 10/12 items was unacceptable. I won't be returning to this one again.

When I came to return an item one of the associates said you're returning something already it's not even Christmas yet. I found that to be very rude and disrespectful especially when i had to return the item because they sent me the wrong size 😡

Worst return policy I have ever heard of. Got two of the same outfit for a baby shower that I absolutely hate, but the guests (from several states away) unfortunately forgot the gift receipts. I tried to see if I could exchange the items for something that I actually like. Little did I know that without the receipts I can only exchange the ugly outfits for a size up or down of the same thing. Now I'm stuck with ugly clothes that I will never put my child in. Not to mention, what if the items were on clearance and they no longer have alternate sizes?? A little flexibility with the exchange policy would be greatly appreciated, especially for situations where tags are still attached and the customer clearly dislikes what had been purchased as a gift for their child.

I always dread going to this store but it just so happens to be the closest one to my house. Always too much inventory so it's a tight squeeze everywhere in the store and since most parents of small children shop with strollers it's kind of a nightmare to navigate. You can tell most of the employees are miserable or don't even like children. Today I actually had a store manager direct me to shop at a different table because she was about halfway through the process of setting up the shirts on a display table that just so happened to be the lowest priced table of shirts for little boys, so of course, people wanted to shop these items. I was on the opposite side of the table from where she was working and just looking at the shirts she had already set out, not even touching, my 3 yr old was in a stroller, tired, cranky and ready for a nap. I just wanted to grab a few shirts really quickly and use my place cash while I had a chance to stop in, LIKE MOST BUSY PARENTS. When I found the table she directed me to there were just a few piles of holiday shirts, not much of a selection at all. Basically the manager should have just said, get your bratty kid out of here and don't touch the shirts I just folded. Wrong career choice!! All in all, I'd say this store is not kid friendly at all, the irony being it markets children's clothing, and the employees don't really like their jobs. It's obvious this store is being poorly managed at the district level or most likely higher up than that because this kind of behavior tends to trickle down from the top.

Girl working there today basically ignored us, when we asked a question, she was very rude. We waited by the counter for a bit waiting to be rung out and she didn't bother to come up to the counter. I've had good customer service experience there before but not today.
